    "We spent three nights at this house with our kids (age 3 and 10). The beach was beyond perfect and we had a wonderfully blessed trip. The accommodations were perfect for our crew. Having our own pool and very accessible each was perfect. The owner let us know that we could drive our car right up to the front of the neighborhood and park it for beach days to make it easier with transporting kids. We had everything we needed at the house and any questions I had for the owner were met with immediate and friendly responses. We would definitely want to return to this property in future!"

    "We really enjoyed staying in your "Let It Shine" cottage! The cottage was a great size and well equipped with anything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and so cute! We loved the location and took several bike trips to Rosemary to explore, shop, & eat. The pool was convenient for our kids and we enjoyed relaxing on the beach in the day and the porch at night. We used the gas grill to cook fresh redfish my husband and boys caught. It was a great vacation for our family and we were 100% pleased. Thanks so much!"

  • Beautiful view at a great complex

    "My family loves to stay at High Pointe, and this condo has the best view we've experienced without being in one of the beachfront buildings. The unit could use a bit of a deep cleaning and repair, but we had a wonderful stay. Check-in/check-out was also extremely easy!"

  • Great beach house with ideal proximity to shops/restaurants and beach access!

    "We love Sea Grace! The house has everything you need for a week long stay at the beach with family and friends. There are plenty of beds, and the house is big enough that you don't feel like everyone is on top of each other. The house is close to everything--2 minute walk from Seacrest shops and restaurants, and just beyond that to Rosemary and Alys. We rented bikes for the week, but everything was easily walkable. You can also easily walk to the beach and to the pool. There is shuttle access, but it is so close, we never needed it. This is definitely a plus compared to other homes further back in Seacrest. My only complaint is lack of communication by the owner. I reached out on multiple occasions and in multiple ways (through VRBO website/app, phone, text) to get check-in information about a week out--always polite). Two days before our trip, I spent hours escalating this with VRBO--thinking we had paid for a house/vacation we would never see. NOT the way you want to spend your last minute time before you leave town! Very stressful! She eventually responded to my husband saying she had sent an email, but VRBO and I could not find the information anywhere we looked through their website/app--the way all other communication I had received was delivered (she also didn't respond to VRBO's escalated requests for information). We also got locked out of the house the afternoon before we left. The dates we had the house rented through VRBO apparently did not match the dates the owner had. I called the owner and left a voicemail and contacted VRBO. Again no response for me. But when my husband tried, she responded to him, and we got back into the house about an hour later. It was very strange. I manage a few properties myself, and rented through Airbnb the very next week (that experience was flawless). I would suggest when booking that the owner let renters know when and how she will contact them with check-in instructions and what to do if there are any significant problems during their stay. I spent many hours trying to contact someone, when things could have been handled much more efficiently. Communication was very stressful for this rental. We have rented through VRBO and Airbnb on multiple occasions. This is the first time we've ever had any sort of problem. Communication is my only complaint."
