  • July 2016 Stay

"We really enjoyed our stay at 37 Lifeguard Loop East! We went for our family vacation with our 2 children and our parents came for part of the trip. We had plenty of room in the house. We liked the floor plan and my son loved the pool! We especially enjoyed riding the bikes all over to explore Seacrest and ride to Rosemary Beach. The weather was great and we had two days in which the water was beautiful! We plan on going back to vacation off 30A in the future!!"

  • Perfect Vacation!

"We cannot wait to return to Seacrest Beach and this condo. It was beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable and the location was perfect! We enjoyed listening to the music off the balcony each night and being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The kids loved bicycling around the area. It was perfect for younger teen age girls to allow some freedom walking around alone without too much worry. Frances was wonderful to work with! She answered all question promptly and was so nice. She made me feel like a personal friend:)"

  • Great Family Vacation Home

"Our family vacation of three families had plenty of room in the spacious home. The upstairs family room and kitchen/dining area gave room for all the family to gather for fun and meals. The bunkroom was a hit with the grandkids and allowed them to plug in their electronics for quiet time away from the beach and pool. Our youngest grandchild had a great time in the pool. Most of our meals were cooked in the well stocked kitchen. Before breakfast was a great time to sit on the deck with a cup of coffee and hear the waves. You can't see the beach but you can hear the waves along with nice songbirds to give the morning a nice start. I was concerned when I looked on Google map because of the road we would have to cross to get to the beach. In reality it's not a problem at all. The only traffic is the occasional person that either lives or is vacationing in the area. Also, there is a stop sign at the crossing that keeps any traffic slow. The crossover to the beach is private and allows easy access to the beach. The area has many activities, restaurants, and shopping. Whether you head east or west there are places to enjoy and tour from ice cream to dog races. There are activities for children and adults each month so check the tourist center for a calendar."
