  • On the beach! Perfect for multiple families!

"This is the perfect house for multiple families with children. The main house has three bedrooms (2 with private baths). Large living quarters. Kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals. They even have everything labeled so you know where to put the clean dishes. The porch is amazing! Great views of the gulf. You do have neighbors on both sides, close enough to talk to. There are 36 actual steps to get to the beach on your private stairs. The carriage house is set up really well for children old enough to stay alone. We had children from 11-20 and they all stayed every night. They loved having their own space. The game room was nice but we found they loved having their own balcony in the front and back of the carriage house to hang out. The carriage house has a full size bed with private bath, three sets of bunks with a private bath, and plenty of storage. On this same floor is a washer/dryer unit. Upstairs in the game room is two sets of bunks. No bath. The children did complain that there wasn't WIFI in the carriage house. But that is not always a bad thing. This is a great set up if your children are old enough. The only thing that would make this house better would be a pool.... Risher responded to my text very quickly with recommendations on supper. Make sure to eat Stinky's fish camp. Best meal we had all week. Thanks Risher for allowing us to stay in this magnificent home."

  • Perfect spot for families on 30a

"We are a boy family, meaning we are in constant pursuit of lots of stuff to do to avoid idle time (which always ends in somebody getting in trouble). And for us, this place was a perfect mix of accessibility to fun stuff and activity to keep busy boys busy. We were in walking distance of all the music, food and fun that happens every night at Seacrest Village and it did not disappoint. We were also a very quick bike ride away from the huge Seacrest lagoon pool which made it extremely nice to get down there and back in minutes when one or two of our kiddos wanted to swim instead of beach. It was also incredibly nice inside. We've stayed at other units in this building, and this one was superior. It was clean, updated and comfortable. It truly felt like home."

  • Fabulous condo with magnificent views of the gulf.

"Wow! Is what we all said when we walked in to this gorgeous condo and saw the magnificent views of the gulf. It was absolutely breath-taking. We loved the pool, the tennis courts and the kids loved the playground. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful. My hubby and sons really enjoyed the 55 inch TV for sports. We all voted that we are definitely coming back next year. Dr. Sal was great to work with."

  • Wonderful Location and Condo!!!

"Our family of four spent a wonderful week in September. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything one could need. We loved being able to wander down to the beach without having to cross a street. The location is perfect for biking, walking, dining... Can't wait to stay again!"
