  • Clean, great location!

"Great location! Right across from the beach and right next to a Tom Thumb (great option for coffee or quick snacks). There are tons of restaurants nearby and we biked 10 min to seaside. We enjoyed the condo with our 15 month old. The condo is older (especially the kitchen and bath) and thus the price reflects it, but the furniture was new and the bed comfortable. Only issue was the pool was closed (for maintenance or the season we couldn't tell), it would've been nice to know since we wanted to use it. The condo is on the second floor and Steve was very responsive to our messages and concerns. Overall, a great experience. Would stay here again."

  • Great Location!

"We love the location of Beachwood Villas, and the Sweet Tea condo is in a great spot near the boardwalk without being on the main road. Our walk from our door to the beach chairs was easy, approximately a 5 minute stroll. The condo was beautifully decorated and well stocked with linens, kitchen equipment, etc. The owners were professional and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!"

  • Comfortable Condo with Thoughtful Touches

"My family had a wonderful stay at Serenity Now for fall break. The condo had comfortable seating and beds (the chaise lounge on the balcony was a favorite). There was plenty of room for 4 people. There were thoughtful touches all over the condo, including lots of hooks to hang up wet swimsuits/towels and bags, a toothbrush holder, a sign on the closet door to indicate the fire extinguisher, and doormats to catch sand (there was a rubber mat underneath to avoid slippage on the tile floor). The condo was very well equipped with paper products, soaps, beach accessories, kitchen utensils, dinnerware, books/games/puzzles, towels and linens. The condo grounds were well-maintained. We enjoyed swimming in the pools and playing tennis (all immaculately kept). As others noted, beach access was close as well as stores in the vicinity. We ate at Café Thirty-A one night and it was less than a 5 minute walk. There is construction next to the boardwalk and we could hear the noise, but it was quite faint and the work stopped by late afternoon (at the latest). The only other noise we heard was of motorcycles on 30-A, but it wasn't bad, probably because the condo faces away from the road. Overall, the complex was very quiet. The café table seats 2, so we ate in shifts a few times and the kids happily sat on the floor for other meals. Tip: the red armchairs recline and are very comfortable. The cleaning fee was reasonable compared to other similar places. I highly recommend this quality condo."

  • Just What We Needed!

"My husband and I used this condo for a last minute getaway. The location is fabulous with the beach a mere five minute walk away. Being on the first floor was great for lugging in suitcases/groceries and socializing with all the people passing by. There was a lot of green space and the complex was quiet so it felt more like a home than a vacation condo. Even though we didn't use the pools, shuffleboard, or tennis courts, they looked very nice. The owner was easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. The inside was comfortable, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. We hope to go back to this condo again!"
