  • Loved it being so close to beach.

"Enjoyed our stay at Beach Life. Ideal location for a girl trip. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Loved being so close beach. Out the door on the balcony and a few steps and you were on the beach. Only complaint was the facet in kitchen did not work. Am sure it has been fixed by now. Had great time at Beach Life!"

  • Lynn's 10

"This was our 26Th year to visit Seaside, and we found the best house yet! We found Southern Comfort, very aptly named! Our large family of 10, now 2parents and 4 younger adult couples (with babies on the way) had plenty of room for both privacy as well as for family time. The house itself was spectacularly built, with all of the finishing touches of a loved and planned home- not just a house. It was also without some of the fearful and dangerous lofts and stairwells we have seen at some homes. We can bring our grandchildren here for years to come! We had several large family meals with plenty of seating, as well as ample dishes, pots and pan, unlike most houses we have stayed in. Also loved plenty of seating in the den area, and it was nice to have the kitchen and den open so we could all visit as the meal was prepared. We also had some fun scrabble games in that large den! Another plus was having bedrooms separated on all 3 floors and for each room to have its own private full bath was very convenient. The location next to the fitness center and round pool was very handy, as was the short walk to our beloved Tupelo Pavillion. We stayed during a June heat wave, but the house was close enough to beach and pool that we were able remain comfortable I cannot recommend any house higher, and we have stayed in at least 40+ since 1989, sometimes several times a year as we tended to grow out of everywhere we stayed, with friends, then significant others. You will not be disappointed in this home, rather you will believe it to be much more beautiful than the pictures."

  • Perfect Home for Beach & Adventure

"Get to the Point is a home that continues to offer relaxation, rest, adventure, and many special memories. It provides a perfect balance of traditional beach activities and relaxing lake adventures. It is conveniently located off of 30A in close proximity to some of our favorite shops and restaurants; however, it is quietly nestled on Eastern Lake, which allows us to avoid the crowds and activity in Seaside. Though we have stayed at several homes in Watercolor, Seaside, and Seagrove, this home remains our favorite. We always leave Get to the Point refreshed, relaxed, and full of joy. We are truly grateful for this beautiful home that has shared so much with our circle of family and friends."

  • Wonderful beach cottage!

"Our family of four really enjoyed this house! It is very well appointed, clean and comfortable. It's close to Seaside and it's easy to get to the beautiful beach. Having the pool was a terrific extra at the end of the day! It had everything we needed; great space, comfy linens, nice kitchen. The owner is very easy to work with as well. We would love to stay here again; it's a lovely place!"
