"Enjoyed much time on the deck watching sunsets from unit #3 at Ramsgate. It was great being able to walk directly onto the beach from the porch. Internet and TV worked fine. Used washer/dryer as well - they worked fine. Location was perfect - could ride bikes to Seaside (highly recommend Great Southern Cafe) and walk easily to the inlet. Husband rented a bike (lots available) and he and daughter rode one afternoon through the adjacent State Park. Saw rays jumping every night at feeding time, and even saw dolphins one afternoon from the deck. Only criticism of the unit is minor cleanliness things in specific spots, but most we were able to wipe down or wash. The important stuff - bathrooms, sheets, and towels - were very clean. Things that we needed but couldn't find: cookie sheet, foil/plastic wrap, extra paper towels (only one roll given in the kitchen), extra toilet paper (in a week's stay, 4 people used pretty much all in the condo). Charcoal grill is available (don't leave your charcoal out in the sea-air or it won't light very well!). Otherwise, almost everything was provided - pots, pans, coffee maker/filters, dinnerware for about 10, utensils, very sharp knives, beach towels...even salt/pepper and various spices (garlic, onion powder, etc) that people have left. All in all was a very nice stay. According to the owner of unit #1 that we met, the owners of #3 apparently just bought and are remodeling #4 - I mention because there appears to be an adjoining door between the two units which would be nice if you wanted to rent #3 *and* 4 for a larger family or two families - definitely something to ask the owner (Molly). We'd stay again."
