  • Peaceful and convenient to all

"We enjoyed a restful long weekend at Serendipity, family of 4 with two teen boys. The nicely furnished and clean house is close to everything yet secluded enough to feel peaceful and private. Hosts have created an artsy, homey and cozy environment with comfortable seating areas. Owner was responsive to questions before our arrival. Our stay went off without a hitch. Recommend."

  • Wonderful family vacation!

"We just got home from a week long stay at Seagrove Manor! I can't say enough about how perfect not only the house is, but the location as well! Wondetful location, literally minutes from the beach. I think it took about 3-4 minutes to walk across the small street. You can see the ocean perfectly from your top floor balcony. We rented golf carts and we were a 5 minute or less drive into the beautiful town center of Seaside! Lots of room! We had two families with small children, and my dad. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room and even switched off nights so that everyone could try out the different rooms. The pool was amazing! We would spend the first half of the day at the ocean, and come home for late afternoons in the pool. After 2pm the entire pool and back yard is nearly shaded so it gives you a refreshing break from the sun! The hardest part is the stairs, but as it says in the description, we knew to expect them. We actually felt fine about eating out every night because we got exercise on the stairs daily! I would recommend this to anyone traveling with kids, or a couple of families wanting to share! We will be back!"

  • Perfect for family reunion, large groups

"This house is wonderful for a family reunion - we had 24 plus two toddlers and we all fit nicely. We stayed for a week and cooked every meal - breakfast, lunch, dinner - and there are ample dishes, utensils, pots, and pans to cook gourmet meals. The grill works very well too - no need for propane - uses natural gas line. Washer and dryer are also great machines that can take a workout. The house has nice decorative touches. The beach access is right across 30A - very convenient. You can ride bikes to Seaside (1.5 miles down 30A) but don't have to stay near all the congestion - and the beach is not crowded! Well stocked grocery and wine stores are also very close - ride bike or hop in the car (5 minute drive). Beach Reunion staff are very responsive and professional. We loved this house and will return!"

  • Absolute Paradise Is What You & Your Family Need...

"What a wonderful stay. No clocks, no schedule. Absolute Paradise is the perfect place for both of these to happen. Easy access to everything around. Rented bikes from Butterfly. We biked everywhere... Grayton Beach (Red Bar), Seaside, Publix (Watercolor), and Seagrove area. Absolute Paradise is so well placed, we only got into our vehicle one time all week. Easy walking access to the beach across the street. Beach area for this location is not crowded at all. Private pool is refreshing after a day at the beach and at night time. Other accommodations around are very quite. It almost felt that we were alone. House had everything we needed: WiFi, TV, washer/dryer, and a full kitchen. We will return for a future stay and highly recommend to anyone wanting what we were able to experience."
