  • As You Wish

"My family and I stayed at As You Wish June 18-25 and loved it. So close to the beach and within walking or biking distance. The condo was updated and very clean, the patio was spacious and we had a partial view of the ocean from it."

  • Room not ready, but Sterling upgraded us for no charge!

"We did not stay in our original condo for our stay at Seagrove Beach. When we arrived at the condo, it had not been cleaned...Beds not made, dirty towels laying on the floor, sinks and mirrors not cleaned. I contacted Sterling and Kristie Chapin gave us the option to go to a different condo, so we chose that option. The new condo was a great upgrade (from a one bedroom to a three bedroom) and beach front (Sugar Dunes)! It was beautiful and very clean and upgraded. We always love the food in Seagrove Beach! Cowgirl Kitchen is a must, especially for breakfast (Where else can you get Praline Bacon?!) Old Florida Fish House was amazing also...The Grouper was perfect. Ate lunch one day in Seaside...Bud and Alley's Taco Bar was good and priced right, but their Pizza Bar was way overpriced and just average. We drove up to Destin for a day to the Seafood Festival which was fun for us and the kids. We ate at Tailfin's Restaurant in Destin Harbor and it was good also with nice views of the harbor. Overall, our stay was amazing, especially the views of the sunrise and sunsets are spectacular! Thanks Kristie!!"

  • Family Reunion

"Bringing our large family together under one roof was incredible. Being a duplex with the option of opening them together gave us two kitchens, dining areas and family areas. Everyone had a bed which in itself was miraculous. We had two small issues which the owner fixed way faster than I thought possible. The proximity to local attractions while being out of the traffic was a bonus. Having six full baths was also a huge bonus with 26 of us sharing. The welcome packet included information and discounts for various activities covering all scopes of desires. Needless to say, GOD has blessed us with a wonderful reunion in a perfect location."

  • Six Sandy Sandals

"Our family spent a fantastic week at SSS. The house was well kept and clean. Close proximity to the beach was a big plus. Beach chairs were a nice perk The pool was refreshing, cleaned twice while we were there. Rick and Susie were great to work with. Prompt in answering any questions I had and very helpful. Seaside is a lovely town, lots to do. Bike rental and paddle board rentals were easily obtained and very accommodating. One suggestion I'd offer it would be nice to have a first aid kit at the house. We had a small paddle board mishap and could have used one. Great family vacation. My children grandchildren and I throughly enjoyed our trip. Thanks Rick and Susie for sharing your lovely home with us."
