"This was our second visit to 23 Seapointe Lane and we wish we could stay forever. Every thing about our vacation was perfect! This home is gorgeous and reflects this place in paradise perfectly. We loved everything - the spaciousness, the tasteful decorating, the gorgeous windows, the screened in porch off the kitchen, the very comfortable beds with lovely linens... We also love the quick access to the spectacular beach, the wonderful pool directly across the street, and the easy access to Eastern Lake for kayaking, etc. The location of this home is ideal and a quick hop on one of the available bikes makes Alys Beach or Seaside a fun journey via the fabulous paths. The sun shone, the water sparkled and we were treated to a swimming visitor (Loggerhead Sea Turtle). The dolphins entertained us by there jumps and leaps as we enjoyed every second of this visit. We can't wait to return!"

  • Seagrove Dreaming

"Stop looking for the perfect beach rental because Barbie's Beach house is just that! Barbie's Beach house is privately tucked away yet only a mere 100 yards from the ocean and located in the heart of all the best restaurants and activities located on the 30A. When you enter the property you immediately feel you are in the heart of Seaside with the watercolor turquoise and pink house paint, the cobblestone drive and pathways, and the perfectly manicured yard. My husband and I have stayed in the area for 3 years now and visit friends that stay in Seaside and Rosemary beaches; I can state with confidence that this house is more convenient, comfortable, and financially more reasonable than any of the previous homes we have stayed in or even visited; and, although the beach was populated I never felt crowded or as though we did not have any elbow room in the water and at our umbrella. Ted Densmore is first class all the way; his mission was to ensure that our stay was high quality and this was evident through his restaurant recommendations and personal accessibility when I had questions. I could write a book about the adorable decor of the home, the hospitality of the dessert upon arrival, and the perfect location but I also realize the purpose of this review is to assist the consumer with booking a home; therefore, I bulleted the main points that may be of interest to other families. 1. LOCATION! This house is in Seagrove Beach but less than a mile from Seaside, 3 miles to Watercolor, and approximately 7 miles from Rosemary. In addition to the general location the house is approximately 100 yards from the beach access which is convenient for families with young children. 2. AMENITIES; the amenities of this home are first class. There is a grill deck with a nice gas grill. There is a private pool and this was clutch with our kids. The shed has beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, pool toys, sand toys, and general supplies required for upkeep. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a bar hutch for evening drinks. 3. DECORATIVE & COMFORTABLE; the beds were comfortable and the sheets were soft. There is also lots of storage space for organizing beach supplies, clothes, and shoes. In closing, there are homes designed only for "rental" and homes designed to ensure a perfect experience for a renter. It is evident Ted and his wife designed a home they love and in turn share their home so other families make memories of a lifetime. Thank you!"

  • Fabulous Getaway - private, quiet, peaceful...

"My sister and I visited the beach for a quite cold week in January. Beach Baby was the comfortable, spacious, perfect getaway for us. There were few steps leading from the back porch to the sandy beach. There were a couple of small dunes that actually "hid" us from the beach, but did not hide the beach from us!!! Close to dining and shopping and post office if needed, but "away" from the hustle and bustle of more commercial areas of the beach. Beds were comfortable, wi-fi worked for us, TVs in our bedrooms, great table for working a puzzle AND doing our computer work. Of course, the best feature of all was the SOUND of the waves in the quiet of the night and the TOUCH of the sand between our toes as we walked right out the door onto the sand and into the water. We only used TWO of the bedrooms, so I cannot speak to the comfort of all the beds. This place seems like it would be great for a girls weekend or family getaway! Attractively decorated. Warm during the cold, wet days and comfortable on the one and a half warm days we had there!"

  • Best spot in the panhandle

"This was my second trip to Seagrove this year. Stress and constant election news just made me need somewhere calm and relaxed and I knew Phil had just the place. I love this house. I have now stayed in two different units. This time I was in the upper unit. It meant more steps but the view was worth the climb. The spindles in the railing have been replaced with glass so you have a perfect, unimpeded view of the sand and surf. This beach is never busy. There are lots of very expensive houses around and no tall high-rise buildings to generate a big noisy crowd. The rental price is fantastic for a unit right on the beach! The unit is really, really large and well-laid out for vacationers. Phil is the very best owner I have ever worked with. I appreciate him more and more each time I rent from him and Gary at the rental office is also great. I am already thinking about which week next May I want to come back--if I can wait that long! Thanks so much, Phil and Gary!"
