"Our stay started off Saturday with every single toilet clogged. A quick call to the rental company and the plumber came the next morning. The rental company was very quick to respond and was very apologetic. We had 6 people staying in the house and that was quite interesting, we got to know the Tom Thumb gas station very well. The kitchen was missing a few things like a can opener(we bought one and just left it there) and a 9x13 baking pan. The water heater did not allow all 6 people to have hot water wile showering so we had to take showers in shifts. Other than those few things we had a wonderful time at this home. The house is nicely decorated and the furniture comfortable. We loved the screened porches and the view from the 3rd floor deck. The house is surrounded by trees and we loved all the shade this provided. Even though it was too cold for the pool, it would be nice to have in the summer and not too far from the house. We loved the fact that the house had 3 bikes. We used those daily to ride to the beach and also to Seaside which is only 2 miles away. We overall really enjoyed this house and would definitely stay here again."

  • Very comfortable house

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable and well equipped. Every bedroom (except the loft) has access to it's own bathroom, and the setting was very quiet and a bit off the beaten path, which we love. And the rooftop patio is a great place to hang-out, as is the screened porch. The beach access is a bit of a walk, but if you have bikes it's an easy and short ride. Once you get to the beach it is beautiful and not near as crowded as what you'll find in Seaside, Rosemary, etc. The house is located on a dirt road, which needs some improvement...even grading the surface and trimming back trees/bushes would make a huge difference. Lastly, if you are staying longer than a couple of nights note that you will need to bring your own paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper. In my opinion, if you are gong to rent a nicer home like this those common necessities ought to be provided."

  • Amazing house in the perfect location

""Southern Bliss" is a gorgeous, brand new construction in the perfect location! Tucked away from the hustle and bustle but still just a short bike ride from everything: the beautiful beach, nice restaurants, and cute little stores. So you get the best of both worlds: privacy and proximity. Naturewalk's pool is also just a few steps away which was perfect for the kids. The interior of the house is beautifully designed and has a very relaxing atmosphere. It is stocked with everything you can think of. The owners really paid attention to detail and created the perfect getaway for families or larger groups of friends. We couldn't have been happier with the house and location! Our time spent at "Southern Bliss" was one of best we ever had and we can't wait to return to this wonderful vacation oasis!"
