  • Perfect Location to beach and town! Recommend!

"Our large group of family spent a week at Natural High and loved it. We had 3 couples and 3 children total ranging in age from 1 to 68 years. We spent a majority of our time in the large kitchen. We cooked many meals at the house to save money which helped with the high prices at the restaurants around town. The two bedrooms off the living room were the same size. There was a sliding barn door that closed between the 2 rooms and the shared bathroom to keep out living room noise. The master bedroom was a great space for the other couple with their 2 young children. They had plenty of room to use a blow up bed for the small kids. The loft bedroom was a perfect for my 9-year old son. Because the steps were steep, the younger kids could bother him. Celling was tall enough to stand. PROS - Entire house is updated and beautifully decorated. - We walked everywhere. Access to the beach is about a block and a half away and Seaside is about 5 blocks away. I recommend taking the back roads on your walk into Seaside as the neighborhood views are worth it. If you plan to walk at night take a flashlight with you as once you return into Santa Rosa Beach there are no street lights to guide your way. - The neighborhood is very safe and everyone is extremely friendly. Even on my night walks I felt safe. We left beach items outside and nobody bothered them. - Outside shower was helpful for returning from the beach. - Combination keypad was perfect for multiple families as it was easy to use and you didn’t have to worry about keys. - We easily fit 3 cars in the driveway – 1 SUV, 1 minivan and 1 compact car. CONS - Better cleaning crew, I had to rewash all the towels as they smelled of mildew. Dryer kept giving a “check lint filter” warning so clothes sometimes had to go through 2 cycles to dry. The grill had to be scrubbed before use. - The air conditioner struggled. I had to contact Michelle the first night as it was so hot in the house. She quickly removed the programmed schedule and we could adjust the temperature down. Upon her suggestion, we even changed the filter. I kept the house at 69 during the day (felt more like 75) and 66 at night (felt like 72) to be comfortable. - A “Welcome To Natural High” type of notebook for people staying there would have been helpful for important info like garbage pickup and emergency numbers. No house phone. TIPS - Bring your own beach towels. - Bring nightlights as the house gets dark at night."

  • This is where we go!...year after year after year

"This place is Amazing! We've been here so many times that I've lost track. The location of this place with your own private access to the beach both play a huge part in why we stay here. With the private access we don't have to lug ton of stuff to the beach, if you want a quick sandwich, run upstairs make it and you'll be back in the sand in minutes. You have a private shower on the deck to clean off the sand and cool off before you go in. Our little ones love this place. When they would get tired they simply go upstairs take in a little AC, get a snack, maybe grab a nap in the bunk beds and come back to the beach charged up for another round. The location is a couple of miles from Publix (grocery store). We're so jacked to get there and get everything unloaded, get to the Publix, buy way to much food, be back to the house unload the groceries and be in the sand with plenty of time to spare before the sun goes down on the first day. My plan has always been same, once we get to the house, we would have no reason to leave....now the real story is that my wife and 3 daughters have a different plan than me. They love running down to the food and shops at Seaside, again about 2 miles away. As amazing as this place has been for my family it's only second to the amazing people that own it. From the first time we stayed here they have always made me feel as if we were longtime friends and that means the world to me."
