  • Great Value - only steps to the beach - very convenient!

"We've come to 30A many times in the past. This was the first time we've stayed at BSV. This condo is as close to the beach as you can get at BSV. Although the living area was a bit small, the condo was adequate for my family of 4 with two boys 13 & 9. It advertises that it can sleep six, but in my opinion it would be a bit cramped with 6 people. The living area was a bit small but had a new sofa and chair, flat screen and internet access. The kitchen was recently updated and looked great. Was very well stocked and we basically lacked for nothing. The bedrooms were a nice size with plenty of room to spread out and each had a TV (super important with kids). Each had a small but adequate bathroom attached. The patio was big enough for me and my wife to sit outside and listen to the waves! You can see the ocean from the patio, inside the unit and from the kitchen as well. The biggie for us was that the AC actually worked and kept the unit cool!! The tennis courts were very nice and lighted, and the pool was big enough for my 9 year old to jump around in. The owners were a joy to work with and we really had no complaints whatsoever. I think for the money, this condo is one of the best values on 30A. And for my family, being close to the beach, having a nice, comfy, quite place to park our behinds and lay our heads every night are the important things...and this place hit a home run for us. We will definitely consider this place again!"

  • Perfect for our stay

"This condo was perfect for our Spring Break. You just can't beat walking directly out to the ocean and having your toes in the sand. You fully appreciate the location when you see everyone walking to the beach carrying LOADS of beach stuff! The unit is nicely updated but very much felt like home. Would suggest maybe adding a Keurig to your appliances, but that seemed to be the only thing missing. I'm just not a fan of brewing a whole pot of coffee for just one cup."

  • Fun Family Vacation

"We had a wonderful time enjoying "All Laid Back" during a long Labor Day weekend break. The house is in a great area and it is very private. The screened in back porch and pool were what sold me on this rental. We are not all "beach" people and having the option to enjoy a private pool was a must. The screened porch is absolutely needed with the mosquitoes during the summer time. There was a generous amount of furnishings outdoors that really made it feel like an extension of the indoor living space. We spent a lot of time just hanging out and enjoying the tranquil surrounds. Todd (one of the owners) was EXTREMELY accommodating and receptive to questions and requests that I had during the process. We were threatened by a very large storm our first day and Todd was very patient with us and provided us with local resources that we were unaware of. The house was very comfortable and everything was just as described. The walk to the beach is very easy. I highly recommend this as a vacation rental for great family trips. We made lots of memories and look forward to returning in the future."

  • Great location and lovely home

"My wife, father in law, and 7 of our family stayed at My Wife's A Beach. The place was as advertised. We all love the third family family, kitchen and dining area. High end appliances and all of the necessary cookware, dishes, etc for a family of 9 would need. The fan in the family area was absolutely wonderful. All of the ladies really enjoyed the double oven, and a great Sub-Zero freezer. A master bedroom was also on this floor and had its own private balcony and plenty of closet space, whirlpool tub, and a large shower for two. The closet was very large and included a safe for valuables. My wife really loved the bedspread and all of the books in the family room bookcase. The second floor was all bedrooms and the grown children really enjoyed the convenience of the washer dryer on the second floor. The basement floor included a game room area, including a television, and 4 large bunkbeds for adults and or children. My father in law stayed on this floor with his own private bath and said he sleep like a baby. The convenience of the elevators for groceries, luggage was more than convenient. My father in law, who is 85, really enjoyed the use of the elevator. The pool area included a hot tub, small outside dining area and a Gas BBQ grill. We used BBQ to cook steaks on one of the nights during our stay. A really great location. As noted on Internet, only 12 steps from the beach access and less than a mile from the village of Seaside. A 5 star stay."
