  • Long fall weekend stay to celebrate wife's 60 birthday

"Let's start out with the good. It will look like the posted pictures. New, nicely and tastefully furnished with high quality appliances, great TV's, cable service, exceptional beds, bedding, towels, etc. The house is really well designed. Probably one of the nicest rentals I have stayed at. The bad? Nothing really I would call bad but there are some comments and considerations I would like to pass on. You can park three average size cars at the property (tight fit), but it is located on the one lane road. There is absolutely no way, even if you are creative, you could park another car on the property or anywhere on the road. As advertised, It is a 5 minute walk to the beach, but that would be a continuous brisk walk just to one of he public access boardwalks over somewhat hilly and rough terrain (on Williams street). It is farther away than you would anticipate from the pictures. Riding a bike is not a good option for there is no place to park it by the boardwalk access points. You should bring a wheeled cart to carry all the 'stuff' you would want for a day at the beach. Also, it would be long walk for small children or elderly persons. Four bikes are provided, but you need to activate the agreement on line. With the observation deck (nice) this is a four story building. It is narrow and has 10 foot ceilings (nice touch) which makes the stairs seem like one rung below a ladder! For the really young, old, or in any way physically challenged this (or any other place of similar design) may not be for you. The rental agent is very pleasant and helpful."

  • The condo was in good, inviting condition. There was plenty of room for five adults.

"Nice vacation stay, plenty of room for 5 adults. The guest bed was comfortable for one. Room opened to the pool and the weather was great. We had a relaxing time, took walks, sat around the pool, watched TV and played cards. Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. Now for the negative: The beach is across the highway and we never did find a public access but were able to use friends beach were they were staying. There was no wooden rack to dry suits so we had to hang over back of chairs that were provided. Sorry to say the washer was not working properly, it did not spin the water out so it took a long time to dry even a pillow case. We did not do any laundry upon leaving. There were no sheets for the pull out sofa, lots of blankets but no sheets. Most of our meals were eaten out so on the last day we found dishes in the D/W from previous guest. All in all we had a good time and enjoyed our vacation."

  • Wonderful vacation accomodations for a family of four!

"The condo was clean and well equipped for our needs - very short walk to the beach made it that much more appealing! We have always stayed in a beachfront condo, but this one is so conveniently located that it suited our needs well. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the surrounding area made for a great place for early morning walks without going to the beach. The owner was very quick to respond to any and all requests. We would definitely recommend!"

  • Beautiful view- inside and out!

"Love this property. It's our second year in a row staying here and we hope to be back. The owner is super responsive and everything was just lovely and exactly as promised. The location is ideal and also secure and private. Wish it was mine!"
