  • A Gem!

"We were overjoyed to have found this place. It was perfect for our family of 4. Super convenient access to the beach. Close to everything but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Close bike ride to Seaside and excellent food nearby. Just 30 minute drive to Destin. Bike or drive to Rosemary Beach. I highly recommend this condo. Also, easy to book and zero problems. Hope to be back next year!"

  • great for families

"For once in a long while, our family of 5 took a beach vacation on our own, without a larger group. Beachfront Townhomes was exactly what we needed. The townhome was in very good repair, was comfortable, and was well appointed. The location is perfect if you are seeking a low-density area that is still near destinations like Seaside and Sandestin. Any quibbles we had were minor; so much so that I fear I'd sound spoiled rotten to mention them. I loved how the owners left notes and reminders around for all kinds of things (like how to operate the remotes for the TV/DVD/etc), as well as a binder full of local attractions, restaurants and services. The washer and dryer are a big plus, though I wish they had been on the main floor (spoiled rotten). The beach/ocean view is excellent, and the walk is just 20 yards longer than a direct boardwalk from the back door. There is a low-rise next door, but it does not make the beach crowded. The kids loved the included beach toys, rafts, and floats, and I was happy not to have to bring beach chairs and umbrellas all the way from home. Our kids said "Can we stay here EVERY time we come to the beach?"... they didn't really even miss the fact that there wasn't a pool on site. I do wish the decks were a LITTLE more private, but at the same time, we thought that the current setup would be great if we had friends staying in the townhome next door and could effectively "share" the back deck with them. Maybe we'll try to set that up next time, because we will definitely try to book here again."

  • July 2016 Stay

"Traveled to Seagrove Beach with my family, sister's family and my mother in law. Spent the week at 23 Seapointe Lane and could not have been happier! Easy access to beach, pool and restaurants. Pristine beaches. Emerald green seas. And the house? Beautiful. Bigger than we thought it would be. And all the amenities one might need. The spacious kitchen and open family room were lovely. With plenty of windows providing views in every direction. The only negative? That we had to leave... Thanks for the beautiful home."

  • Great House/Great Owner

"Our group really enjoyed this house! We have stayed in several in the area- and this one had all we could ever need. We loved the heated pool- it's a great size and with the cooler temps in the spring it was great that it was heated. There is a nice grill in the backyard (totally fenced btw) that was great for cookouts. Plenty of space, and the bathroom configuration was perfect. The bunkroom is on the lowest level, with direct access to both the front door and the backyard, just keep in mind if you have "adventurous" little ones/escape artists. Loved the ice maker in the kitchen. Lots of available pool/sand toys for those with younger kids- no need to haul all of that- its already there! Big living room, with large sectional sofa- great for lounging in the evenings, there are even board games in the entertainment center. Decks are great for outside dining. Super location, close enough to Seaside to enjoy, but not in the middle of the traffic. A short 5 min, walk (you can take the "back way" and avoid the busy bike traffic) brings you to all the great restaurants and shopping, and a 1-2 min. walk leads you a great white-sand beach. Bottom line is this house is in a spectacular location, has everything you could need, and the owner is great. Don't pass this one up... you'll love it!"
