  • Perfect stay for our family of 4!

"Pros: Couldn't have a better view. HUGE wraparound porch. Quick access to beach and pool (that we never used because the beachfront was so nice). Just a few minutes to town. PERFECT for a family of 4! Lots of space, nice bathrooms and kitchen with plenty of utensils, dishes, etc. Nice baby crib with mattress so we didn't have to travel with one. Super easy check in and check out. The beach was never crowded and there were chairs and umbrellas set out each morning for the guests on the condos so you didn't have to fight the public for space. Gorgeous clear water, super soft white sand and clean beaches. Cons: Could have been a little cleaner. This may be a personal issue as I know it's impossible to completely remove all of the grit from tile floors. That being said, I could smell the Fabuloso when I walked in so it had definitely been mopped immediately prior to our arrival. The condo is getting a little worn in areas but still very nice. The patio furniture had visible mold on most of it so we didn't get to lay out at all. I think this place is an easy 4 star rental even with the nit picking I tend to do. Highly recommend!"

  • Three cheers for Watermelon Cottage: Cozy, comfortable and perfect

"Working with Delphine was a joy, and this adorable, well-appointed and spotless cottage was everything we could have hoped for -- and more! We were a group of three, but six would have been easily accommodated. If you have a crew that wants to walk or bike to the Seaside scene, you're right there. Like to cook? Great news, the kitchen is fully outfitted and in perfect working order, plus there are options for eating inside or al fresco. I loved having two chairs and an umbrella waiting for me directly at the bottom of the closest beach access, too. Our friends were staying just a little farther away, and they enjoyed sharing the benefits of parking in our unused spaces and having the comforts of a house quite close to the beach. I didn't mind so much that they stored the piña coladas in my fridge, really."

  • Best fall break ever!

"Great location, convenient to the beach! Our party consisted of 8 adults and 4 children, there was plenty of room for everyone, yet we each had privacy. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, plenty of linens and towels, kitchen well supplied. Utopian Village is definitely on our list of places to stay again! Thanks for your hospitality, George, and we had a wonderful vacation in your beautiful rental!"

  • Lovely respite by the Gulf

"My husband and I had a relaxing two week stay at Toes in the Sand. The views of the ocean and the sound of the surf were a constant source of joy for us. The town home was easy to navigate for the two of us, and when another couple joined us for a long weekend, everyone had their own space so it didn't feel crowded. We enjoyed watching Netflix in the evenings after dark. Great restaurants in the area and beautiful parks to explore. Michael was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommended."
