  • What an amazing week in paradise!

"The 23 Palms property was the perfect vacation destination for our group of two families of four. We originally had a third family planning on staying that backed out and their would have been plenty of room. The Goatfeather fish market is about a half mile down the road and we visited every day. We found the freshest fish and had no trouble preparing anything we wanted because of the fully stocked kitchen. The beach access is literally steps away and our biggest worry all week was do we go the beach in the morning and then hop in the pool, or lounge by the pool until afternoon and then set up on the beach! The owner was very attentive and has great people working for him. The pool got a little murky on the last day, I was given the number for the pool guy and he was over fixing the issue within the hour! Best vacation destination house we have ever rented and look forward to returning in the future."

  • Precious beach cottage. Perfect location!

"This cottage, while older, exudes old school beach charm. We were pleasantly surprised at how much bigger and nicer this home seemed to us than we imagined from looking at the pictures. This place was perfect for our family of 4 (two kids ages 5 and 2) My kids loved the toys and kids books on the shelves, and had a lot of fun playing in the sun room and in the front yard. The walk to the beach and to the Seaside town center was very short, and there is a publix less than 5 minutes away by car. We thought this was a wonderful value for the area, and the owner was so kind and easy to work with. We are already planning our trip back for next summer!"

  • We didn't want to leave!

"We now call this a "hidden gem" because that's exactly what it is! Of all the years my family has been vacationing on 30a, we never knew about the quaint little community this amazing home is in. We booked last minute for Spring Break and I can't believe it was open. I'm convinced there must've been a cancellation! The owners were so easy to work with and made sure we were settled in and happy upon arrival. We walked in and couldn't believe it...everything was even better than described in the listing. The home is decorated beautifully, and although could rival a picture from a magazine, you still feel like you can kick back and relax as it's very comfortable and cozy. Speaking of the décor, no detail was missed! As a matter of fact, the pictures don't quite do the home justice! 'Be Somebody' is very roomy and has all the luxuries of home, and quite possibly more. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is a grill. Leave your bikes & beach chairs at home because they even include these for guests to use, and believe me, the list goes on! The floor plan on the main level is very open making it a great area to hang out as a family. The kitchen table is perfect for hosting several for dinner or having a family game night. The couches are so comfortable you can't help but doze off! There are 2 master bedrooms, one on the main level and one upstairs. There is also a bunk room upstairs, which is perfect for kids. All bedrooms are very spacious and have comfortable beds, complete with top of the line linens and flat screen TV's. Enjoy morning coffee/evening cocktails on the southern style front porch or awesome screened in back porch, take your pick! The location: it couldn't be better. You are a short walk to the beach, and an easy bike ride to Seaside and Watercolor where some of our favorite restaurants and shops are located. We loved Be Somebody so much, we booked another week before we had even left! I'm so thankful they do rent, but if this were my home, I would probably have a hard time opening it up to renters...it's THAT amazing! We made some awesome memories with our girls and we can't wait to go back! Thank you for sharing your home Bright and Bryan."

  • Cozy Condo with an excellent view

"Very nicely stocked condo with a great view from the living room and the master bedroom. Close enough to everything to be convenient with a short drive, walk or bike ride, but far enough out of the middle of town that you won't be crowded. Easy access to the beach and pool, and the crash of waves to remind you that you're at the beach!"
