  • Great house in a great neighborhood!

"We had a great spring break with our kids at Only Happy Days! We loved the neighborhood, the short walk to the beach and the pool down the street. The layout of the house is very family friendly (even for teenagers) and really enjoyed using the porch as an extended living space. We even met a few full-time residents out walking their dogs and everyone was super-friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this house to family wanting a great beach getaway!"

  • Outstanding location and views

"We love the Seagrove area. This was our sixth visit over the last 15 years. We've seen it grow up and develop a lot. The drive is getting more difficult and congested but when you get down to those beautiful emerald waters and white beaches, it's all worth it. We've stayed in houses a couple of times when we have had a large enough group to split the costs and condos several times, but we've become spoiled to staying beachfront for the views and convenience. Suite 16 absolutely fit the bill for beachfront views and easy access to the beach. You literally step out your door and walk about five steps to the corner of the building, and you're on the beach. This unit was perfect for accommodating two couples. Check in/out was so convenient. We were given the keypad code and just let ourselves in and out. No keys to keep up with and no waiting in line after a long day's drive. I was concerned several weeks prior to our arrival to read the past review of construction noise in the area. I contacted Laura who was GREAT about keeping me informed of current events. It turned out to not be an issue at all. I had some concerns about the cleanliness of the unit when we arrived (more attention to detail is needed) and the AC had issues at the end of the week. Again, Laura was right on top of the problems and did her best to alleviate any problems. (The AC was fixed that very day.) The unit itself is comfortable but not overly fancy. (no granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, etc. that seem to be the demand these days) I didn't want fancy at the beach; we came for the views and beach, which we absolutely got! We saw dolphins several days very close to the beach. We rented bikes and kayaks from Owners Noah and Ashley were great to work with. The equipment was delivered and picked up for us...excellent customer service. We also had umbrella and beach chairs set up each day, in addition to our own umbrellas. You need plenty of shade to make a day of it on the beach! We always pick up steamed shrimp several times during our stay from our beloved Goatfeathers and this time discovered a couple of new places: The Perfect Pig and Mi Casita Mexican Grill...both delicious. We definitely would rent this unit again if our group was this size."

  • Wonderful beach house in great location

"We loved our visit to Seagrove and our stay in this fabulous beach home. The kitchen, eating area and family room are much larger in person than shown by the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed. One of the community pools is only a few doors down from the house and the beach was an easy 5 minute walk. The owner even provided a wagon so we could easily transport our stuff to the beach. It is in a great location within a short walk to Seaside but yet not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. The house is located in such a quaint neighborhood. We would love to come again and enjoy this lovely home. The house pool is a major plus. It is a very nice size and the kids loved using the boogie boards provided by the owner. You will not be disappointed when you stay in this lovely home. Everything you might need or want is within a close walk, bike ride or drive from the house. Even though our stay was during the middle of spring break it was still so quiet in this neighborhood. You felt like it was your home away from home. Cannot say enough about this great place!"

  • We didn't want to leave!

"We now call this a "hidden gem" because that's exactly what it is! Of all the years my family has been vacationing on 30a, we never knew about the quaint little community this amazing home is in. We booked last minute for Spring Break and I can't believe it was open. I'm convinced there must've been a cancellation! The owners were so easy to work with and made sure we were settled in and happy upon arrival. We walked in and couldn't believe it...everything was even better than described in the listing. The home is decorated beautifully, and although could rival a picture from a magazine, you still feel like you can kick back and relax as it's very comfortable and cozy. Speaking of the décor, no detail was missed! As a matter of fact, the pictures don't quite do the home justice! 'Be Somebody' is very roomy and has all the luxuries of home, and quite possibly more. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is a grill. Leave your bikes & beach chairs at home because they even include these for guests to use, and believe me, the list goes on! The floor plan on the main level is very open making it a great area to hang out as a family. The kitchen table is perfect for hosting several for dinner or having a family game night. The couches are so comfortable you can't help but doze off! There are 2 master bedrooms, one on the main level and one upstairs. There is also a bunk room upstairs, which is perfect for kids. All bedrooms are very spacious and have comfortable beds, complete with top of the line linens and flat screen TV's. Enjoy morning coffee/evening cocktails on the southern style front porch or awesome screened in back porch, take your pick! The location: it couldn't be better. You are a short walk to the beach, and an easy bike ride to Seaside and Watercolor where some of our favorite restaurants and shops are located. We loved Be Somebody so much, we booked another week before we had even left! I'm so thankful they do rent, but if this were my home, I would probably have a hard time opening it up to's THAT amazing! We made some awesome memories with our girls and we can't wait to go back! Thank you for sharing your home Bright and Bryan."
