  • Perfect garden home

"All around perfect. The walk to the private beach area is short. Kitchen had everything you would need including a crockpot! Quinton is very responsive to emails, which I appreciated. He also checked in a couple of times to ensure our stay was as expected. Fishing pond is super close and very quite. I found the included bikes to be very valuable, they are rather pricey to rent and biking to the square is the only way to go. The homes interior is newly updated and was very clean upon arrival. Our family has already decided, we'll be back next year to enjoy this property."

  • Honeymoon Getta way

"Me and my wife decided we wanted a beach get away for our honeymoon. We found this charming little house and were astonished at how much there was to do there. We were a short 1 block away from the beach. Destin was a short drive west and then Panama City was a shorter drive east. It was gorgeous drives both ways and loved the scenery. If you didn't want to drive there were many shops and local art shops in Santa Rosa. The food and restaurants were splendid. When we were not busy sight seeing the house was a great place to relax. There was every amenity you could think of and all the house appliances were in great condition. The heated pool was a a dream and all of the balconies were exactly what the doctor ordered to relax and read a relaxing book. I can't recommend this enough. If you are looking for a great adventure in Florida or a relaxing time to get away from the stresses of life this is a perfect place to do so. I do some photography on the side and was very well pleased with how much material there was, especially since it was different than what I normally see at my neck of the woods."

  • We loved staying at Life is a Play on 30 A!

"This condo was perfect for my husband and me during our first visit to this area. Very conveniently located to the beautiful Gulf with free beach access, Seaside and other interesting communities and state parks. At the same time, we had privacy and quiet as the condo is set back from the road. The balcony from this second floor unit overlooks pleasant landscaping, and the two pools available on the grounds were well maintained and a great treat to use. The condo itself was bright, airy, modern, and well equipped with all that we needed. Working with the owners was also very smooth and professional and enjoyable. And the rate was certainly very reasonable, especially compared to lodging options in Seaside and other nearby towns. We would definitely like to stay at Life is a Play again in the future!"

  • Girls Beach trip

"We just recently stayed here for our annual girls getaway. The place was excellent for us. We had 12 and we come from all over and meet down there once a year. So it was great place for us to be all together and just be us and have our own private pool. We have been doing this for 30 years and this has been the most successful place we have stayed. We hope to be back again same time next year! Thank you for your home."
