  • April 2016 Stay

"Wonderful time. Loved the back porch for morning coffee and the front porch for afternoon naps and stronger liquids. The bikes provided were used everyday. We only drove the car one day in a week's time. The house is so convenient to walkable shopping and dining. Back home we have to drive everywhere. We explored the other 30a areas and Watercolor was our favorite.Thank you for a memorable vacation."

  • One of the best

"We have stayed at Watercolor on multiple occasions, and this was probably our favorite property. Beautiful interior, feels large because of high ceilings. The property staff at 360 Blue were very helpful -- most especially Stephanie. She was so responsive when we needed something, and quick to be helpful (makes it easier to enjoy vacation and not have to worry about things). Other family members stayed on in a different house and had ongoing problems with internet connection (I think its difficult at Watercolor to get good reception?), but our house had no problems with this. Beds were comfortable (they got new sheets, according to one of the staff at 360, when I asked about another's review). Cookware could be improved (more stainless vs. teflon?) -- but this is a personal opinion. I suggest running all dishes through the dishwasher first (again, something we do whenever we stay at properties), as they do not seem to get washed properly before the next group comes in. Note for those using the upstairs space -- it is basically one large area ("open concept" as they would say on HGTV). For anyone going to bed early upstairs, the lights from downstairs can still be seen because of some (nice) windows in the upstairs. The bathrooms - not pictured in the description -- are very nice, both upstairs (one bath) and downstairs (two bath). House is very conveniently located near camp pool, a short walk. Most of all, kudos to Stephanie at 360 blue for her friendly help."

  • Watercolor family vacation

"Our growing family thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home in Watercolor. With 8 adults and a 2 yr old, everyone had more than enough space, including bedrooms and bathrooms to feel comfortable. The roomy 2 master suites on different floors felt private, the 2 queen rooms were simple yet ample and the third floor bunk beds/trundle, tv room, mini refrig and microwave were enjoyed as well. Stealing a naps on the 3rd floor porch bed swing was magical! The 4th floor porch was ideal for late nite quiet time, relaxing, watching sunsets or the far away lightening storms. The house had all the cookware we needed to make eating in a simple and enjoyable event for the 2 nights we bought seafood from a local market to grill at home. Just about everything from the beach to shopping to restaurants is only a 5-10 min walk, and the 6 bicycles provided made leaving the car at home, an easy choice. We even used the Shipt app to have our groceries delivered to the house from Publix so that we could enjoy as much beach time as possible. Any minor issues that arose were promptly addressed by the house manager, and all communications with the homeowners prior to our arrival were handled thoroughly and enthusiastically. We can't wait to return next year!"

  • Seaglass seems to be showing wear and tear.

"This was a return stay for us at Seaglass (158202)and we could see a difference. Upon arrival we couldn't get in on time because the previous guests had stayed past check out time. We had grocery items that really needed refrigerated, fortunately, the cleaning crew allowed us to put our stuff in the frig and then return later to check in. The mattresses the previous year had been very squeaky and I'd let them know, however they hadn't replaced them. I was given a discount this year to encourage our return. I was thankful for it, but they really do need replaced. There was a substantial leak coming from upstairs into the back hallway that was obviously not new. The house overall is in a fantastic location, it's layout & description was perfect for our group, the amenities of WC are beyond compare, we just hope that the house will get the attention it needs to compete with the market. Also, we have pet allergies and noticed upon arrival that our allergies flared up, we wondered if the previous guests had honored the 'no pets allowed' rule. We had referred several friends to use the house in the past year, however, we are undecided about returning altho' we love so much about the house. We're hoping for some TCL for Seaglass before it's too late."
