  • Spring Break Retreat

"This is overall a great condo in an excellent location. Views of the Gulf and strip. Very spacious with excellent ammenties. Like other reviewers, I would suggest the carpet be replaced and inspected. There were some drawers that were in operable and dents in the walls but nothing big enough to prevent me from staying there again. Management was very friendly and responsive. Great for multi families. Will return."

  • Beautiful place inside and the view was amazing

"Definitely happy we booked this unit. Our family had the one next door and it worked out for everyone to hang out. Will be booking it again."

  • Nice Condo but you can not see the beach.

"We spent the July 4th week in this Condo and the condo is very nice and comfortable. I had read the reviews about the airport/plane noise prior to coming but I did not think it would bother us, but if you are outside you can not even talk to each other the noise is so loud. you can not see the beach from the condo patio, which I really missed. You can see a glimpse of the ocean between the buildings but not the beach. It took us several days to discover the best route to navigate thru the gates, garage, steps in the resort to get to the beach. We carried the chairs and umbrella's that are provided in the condo (nice bonus) but we were not allowed to set up our own umbrella's due to liability reasons. You can rent the beach service umbrella and 2 chairs for $50 day. and the rows of these umbrella's are 3 deep all across the resort private beach. there is not any space in between the umbrellas, all umbrella's touch, so you do not have any privacy using these chairs you are less than 12" from the person sitting next to you. We took the umbrella and went over to the public beach one day, but there were so many people that you could hardly find a spot and the multitude of people blocked any breeze. The condo resort is very clean and they have a very nice small pool attached to the St. Lucia building. They also have some really nice outdoor kitchen grill areas and it seemed that every night there were many families that used them. There is 6 arm bands and 4 or 5 key fobs in a green bowl in the condo. We were told to wear a purple arm band the entire time you are at the resort, but we only seen a couple of people wearing them. The key fobs open the gates to navigate thru the resort and are needed. We talked to several people who complained that they only had one or 2 fobs. The parking garage is nice, and the parking spot for this unit #605 is conveniently located directly in front of elevator. The lagoon pool is nice, plenty of chairs and clean. They have a waitress that will bring you drinks while you relax. We walked to the Candy Maker store one night which is adjacent to the condo parking lot. It is a nice place to take kids as they have every flavor of Jelly bean imaginable, you can also watch them make salt water taffy, and buy it by the flavor and pound. Nice selection of chocolate covered everything too. We walked over to the back porch one day and ate raw oysters, and their specialty Back porch backed oysters (raw was the best)."
