  • Very well maintained complex

"We spent 6 nights in a 2 bedroom condo. The complex has a security gourd so parking is not a problem. The front desk is extremely nice, they let us check in at noon since the room was ready and the owner let us stay an extra night. The pool is very well maintained, the baby pool is drained daily cleaned and refilled. The gas grills by the pool are cleaned every morning in the cafe kitchen. The beach is very crowded in front of this property but you move up daily by seniority. The room was cold, clean and nicely appointed. Besides the crazy traffic on 98 I think our vacation was a blast."

  • Fabulous 20th Floor Flat!

"My Family of three stayed 3 days 2 nights along with our good friends also a family of three, both parties with two adults and toddlers babies. The condo was amazing everything we could ask for at a great price. The kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to cook dinner. The views were breath taking. I was a little afraid of being on the 20th floor, however, once you go up it's not bad at all. The balcony was huge, great aerial views, we sat out there every night, it was very peaceful. The location is great as well there is shopping like 5 miles away and only like 10-12 miles to the outlets and great food. Unfortunately, we experience a lot of rain this weekend, however, Cheryl (owner) emailed me after seeing the weather forecast for the weekend, and offered to allow me to move my dates. She did this out the kindness of her heart! I declined her offered because my family was in need of a relaxing weekend, and we didn't want to push the dates back, but that gesture along would make me do business with her again. She also would reply to emails extremely fast. Please know that you will not be disappointed with this unit, or the professionalism of the owner!"

"This is the 2nd time I have rented this unit, the 1st with my family and 2nd with a friend. Both were excellent. The unit is very clean and feels like home. Everything you need is provided in the condo. It close to all the shopping, grocery stores and great restaurants. I would definitely recommend. The owner is very easy to work with."

  • St Maarten at Silver Shells

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was awesome and had a great view of the gulf! A private elevator drops you off right into the condo. There is a nice audio system, but bring an aux cord if you want to play your own list as it does not have bluetooth capabilities. It would be nice if this condo came with VIP beach chairs and an umbrella for the length of the stay. (the condo price warrants it). It's $50 a day to rent on the beach, not $26 as printed on paper in condo. Internet wasn't working so I called the management company and Michelle was very responsive and helped get it working over the phone. The pool is very nice, but grab your spot early as folks tend to claim the prime spots early in the morning. Overall the Condo is clean and very spacious. It has a regular coffee maker and had enough filters for our stay, but bring your own coffee. Other notes: Stay away from the parasailing, we only got 4+ minutes in the air for $65 a person so it's not worth it. If you arrive late in the evening and plan on getting groceries, wait until morning. Walmart across the street was a zoo around 7pm on a Sunday. Also has a Publix and a Winn Dixie not too far away. The Harbor Walk is pretty cool, but a traffic nightmare getting in and out. Park across the street by Whataburger or down the street on same side after 6pm. On Thursday evenings around 9pm you can see the Harbor Fireworks from 2nd and 3rd bedroom balconies (partial view)."
