"I've stayed at Emeral Towers in the past and it has always been a pleasant experience. I have to say the other condos in the building are not as nice as this one, though. The view is amazing, it is tastefully decorated and extremely clean. The owner is very quick to respond to email/text and goes above and beyond to insure your stay is relaxing and worry free. I love that 2 beach chairs and an umbrella were also included in the price! Don't hesitate to book this one!"

  • Great beachfront condo!!

"This was our first time to visit Destin and the condo was absolutely perfect. The view from the balcony was incredible and the beach was just steps away. We had everything we needed in the condo. The closet full of beach items was awesome! The condo was very nice and clean. The condo is located very close to all the popular restaurants, shopping, and family activities. The owner, Tom, was great to work with and even checked in with us shortly after our arrival to make sure everything was good and to see if we needed anything. We will definitely stay in this condo again!"

  • LOVED IT!!

"I absolutely LOVED this town home. My family (four adults, one 15-year old boy, one 10-year old girl) and I arrived after a very arduous 14-hour drive and were exhausted. It was so comfortable, and spacious, and spotless. And the location was just fabulous! The Pancakery and the Mellow Mushroom Pizza place (along with Sunsations, where you can buy almost anything Destin!) were literally right around the corner! The location of this place is just perfect! The pool really is that close to the back patio. There were tons of beach toys in the outside closet. For those of you that worry about water pressure in your showers? Don't! Fabulous showers! It's a short walk to the beach. And the beach, in my opinion, is so breathtakingly beautiful. The sands really are sugar white, and cool on your feet, which was a new experience for me! And you will not find a better owner to deal with than Judy Parsons. She was so helpful, and so kind throughout this entire process. I highly recommend this town home AND these owners!!"

  • St Maarten at Silver Shells

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was awesome and had a great view of the gulf! A private elevator drops you off right into the condo. There is a nice audio system, but bring an aux cord if you want to play your own list as it does not have bluetooth capabilities. It would be nice if this condo came with VIP beach chairs and an umbrella for the length of the stay. (the condo price warrants it). It's $50 a day to rent on the beach, not $26 as printed on paper in condo. Internet wasn't working so I called the management company and Michelle was very responsive and helped get it working over the phone. The pool is very nice, but grab your spot early as folks tend to claim the prime spots early in the morning. Overall the Condo is clean and very spacious. It has a regular coffee maker and had enough filters for our stay, but bring your own coffee. Other notes: Stay away from the parasailing, we only got 4+ minutes in the air for $65 a person so it's not worth it. If you arrive late in the evening and plan on getting groceries, wait until morning. Walmart across the street was a zoo around 7pm on a Sunday. Also has a Publix and a Winn Dixie not too far away. The Harbor Walk is pretty cool, but a traffic nightmare getting in and out. Park across the street by Whataburger or down the street on same side after 6pm. On Thursday evenings around 9pm you can see the Harbor Fireworks from 2nd and 3rd bedroom balconies (partial view)."
