  • Excellent and Spacious for our Spring Vacation

"We loved staying in this bungalo last week. We had two families that stayed during the week....everyone had plenty of space. There are in essence two master bedrooms, as both have attached baths. Here is the sleeping and bathroom situation: Downstairs: There is a master with king bed and full bath, a separate full bath #2, and a bunkroom (these bunks are on the small side though that was fine for us). Upstairs there is a third bedroom with a double bunk and a twin, a third full bath, a living area, and a fourth bedroom with a queen and attached bath. The home is very clean, and also comes with a 6 person golf cart and attached carport. There is also a screened porch on the back of the house with a table and sitting area. The pool and the putting green are literally right across the street. Our only negative was the single wide driveway meant having to move the cars to get the golf cart in and out as we kept it secure in the carport. (Really, that is not a negative, I just had to think of something!) The golf cart seats 6 - and was so much fun to take to the Village or to the beach. We rented kayaks from the Marina during our stay - a great time! The pool is heated, so the kids really enjoyed that. This part of the community is quiet and off the beaten path. All in all a great trip, and Merett, the owner, was easy to work with - you get to talk to her directly. Again we will come back!"

  • Magnificent Labor Day !!!

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best part about the condo was its location! My husband and I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony sipping wine and listening to the great bands that were performing right in front of us every night. We really appreciated being in the heart of the village. We plan to make 552 @ Observation Point North our new Labor Day tradition!!"

  • Very comfortable, well maintained and clean

"Two mothers took their four teenage sons on vacation for their senior trip. Excellent location, very comfortable and had plenty of room to spread out. We had a great time. My only complaint would be with the lack of cooking utensils. We were feeding 6 people and the lack of pots, pans, colander, and a usable can opener made cooking a challenge. I believe the owners must go out to dinner a great deal and not actually use the kitchen to cook in. Please purchase a few glass bowls with covers to microwave and store food in. A NEW can opener is a must. A few simple items would make this a 5 star condo! With this said, I would definitely reccomend staying here! Thank you - Amy"

  • Perfect beach vacation

"We loved our week on the beach! Wonderful well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms are comfortable and well appointed. The living room has very comfortable furniture. Wonderful choices of beach or pool, both are so conviement and easy to come and go for lunch. We loved taking the kids to Baytown, playing the golf courses, and bike riding the trails. All these activities make Sandestin so perfect. We will be back!"
