  • Perfect place to laze around and enjoy the beach

"The property itself is very nice and spacious, with a beautiful up-to-date kitchen and comfy beds! The property was very clean and we received quick customer service, and liked that the pool was enormous and the beach not that far away. Would definitely recommend!"

  • Couldn't ask for better

"We used to stay in the Sandestin area, but we don't plan on returning--EVER--because we like it hear so well. We've stayed here three times and plan to stay again. Don't let the fact that this isn't "right on the beach" dissuade you. I have two kids under 5, and we never had problems with them (a) with their safety crossing the street as it's a pedestrian-friendly street (b) walking by themselves as the distance to the beach is so short. We love that the condo is stocked with everything that we need and that it's an end unit (though we never heard anything from the other side). It's always clean and my kids loves the bunk beds. This location is one of the best in Destin, as it's close to so many restaurants (our favorite is Louisiana Lagniappe) and even the outlet stores. Driving through Destin can take a while, depending on time of day and time of year, but staying in this location cuts down on time considerably. We also love to walk around the neighborhood during/after naps and look at the cute houses, and there's even a little park nearby. Hands down this is the best value and best location."

  • GREAT VACAY

"We had a great time. 4 adults had plenty of room to move around, and it was great everyone had their own bathroom. Views fantastic. The only thing I would suggest is bring your own beach chairs, unless your fine paying $40 + tax for one day. We did buy a beach chair in the shop in the lobby. It was nice the unit was at the end of the bldg. We recommend this place and would stay again. Mary the owner was very kind and quick to respond to all texts. She kept us updated since we arrived when Hurricane Hermine was arriving. The hurricane never touched us."
