  • So-oooo Nice

"Our stay at the Pineapple House was just fabulous. We had real young kids and older teenagers. They all loved it. The house has everything that you would need. The pool was small, but you know, the kids and adults liked it that way. They had a lot of water fights and a lot of good memories that they still talk about. We are going back again this year and the kids are counting days until we go."

  • Big House... Well maintained

"We stayed 5/21-5/28 and loved the area. It is a gated community which was nice. We had 2 families stay at this place which was a total of 13 people and we had ample space to eat and sleep. The master bedroom and bathroom upstairs is huge and beautiful. The shower floor is a little slick but you just have to be careful. The house was clean and the pictures online match what you see in person. The owners were great to speak with and the booking was easy. They sent us a huge packet in the mail which we used to find courses to golf and book the dolphin tour...(HIGHLY RECOMMEND SEA BLASTER) I would definitely recommend this to large families who like the beach. The house is a short walk to the beach. The sand is white and beautiful and they water was shallow enough to wade out a good 50 yards. We ate a Pompano Joe's just down the street from the house and it was good. We tried to eat at the house as much as possible to save money. The grill on the back patio worked just fine for us. Driving around town is a traffic jam unless you go late in the evening then it isn't near as packed. The issue we had was the shops and restaurants all close around 9:00pm. Walking around the marina was cool for the kids. They did the zip-line and shopped. The restaurants around the Marina were always had a long wait to eat so we didn't eat there. We did rent a pontoon for the day and saw even more dolphins. We also anchored up at Crab Island which was really fun for the kids. I would stay at this house again."

  • Great House

"My family of 17 had the pleasure of staying in this great house for the first time this year. As seasoned "beach house renters" some are good and some are not so good at all. Majestic Villa was fabulous. Clean, well appointed with plenty of room for everyone. Very close walk to the beach and a local beach store. Restaurants and stores close by as well. Great location. Very reasonably priced and the nicest owner we've rented from. Would absolutely love to rent here again."

  • Best Place for a Large Group of All Ages

"What a wonderful adventure we discovered in staying at this multi-functional home away from home. My and my wife's families thoroughly enjoyed this home and afforded all of us a place to stay, play and entertain. Easy access to the Beach, community pool, shopping and restaurants. The pool at the house was used by all the children, grand children and grownups! The room set ups were perfect for our family with the added apartment above the garage allowed the larger family to be together. The owner and his staff were very helpful. All I can say about our use of this wonderful Florida escape home is experience for yourself and Enjoy! 5 - Star Stay."
