  • The property was GREAT for a family with two small children. Very close to a playground and pool!

"Although it was located a little further from the beach then other units, we REALLY enjoyed the bikes available for us to ride to the pools and the beach and the nearby playground. We also were able to bike to an ice cream shop and into the state park. It rained a lot while we were staying, but the unit had plenty of games and space to spend our time indoors with out going too crazy! The futon was perfect in the master bedroom for our youngest to sleep on until she got accustomed to the new place. Being located beside one of the ponds provided fun in feeding the turtles too! Barbara was so helpful in letting us know what we would need to bring with us. She even called to check on us and make sure we didn't need anything. I would definitely recommend this property to others!"

  • AMAZING!

"Went to dolphins dance to celebrate my 40th birthday. Beautiful weather. Amazing beaches. Pet friendly. Love, love, loved it! Lots of extras for the beach. There are several chairs, a beach cart that came in handy! There is a beach umbrella or two and a few beach toys and floaties. The outside shower has hot and cold water. Even the hose water wasn't really too cold. Perfect for cleaning off the sandy furry friend! Honestly went on a ride around the area and believe we found the perfect spot without even knowing the area. On your way in stop at the Cape Tradin' Post. Get yourself a bottle of DIXONS bug spray. Your off is not going to work! DIXONS smells great and keeps the bugs away! We had no problem with bugs until the sun went down. With the DIXONS there were no bug problems. Be prepared for relaxing! Visit the State Park. It is worth it. Honestly enjoyed walking in the shallows of the bay. Saw starfish and hermit crabs, fish... so so so awesome! We will be back! Thanks so much!"

  • Just perfect!

"This is our second time at Cape San Blas and our first time staying at SeaEscape. I can't say enough good things about this unit. The location is perfect, literally across the street from the pool that leads you to the boardwalk to the beach. The unit has some upgrades and is beautifully decorated. It was also very clean when we arrived, you can tell the owners take very good care of it! They provided all the necessities pots, pans, etc. for us to make our own meals and have a nice Weber grill on the porch for grilling out. The storage unit is very clean and organized and provided beach chairs, toys, umbrella, and beach cart that made it nice to carry everything to the beach. It's also a dog friendly unit which we appreciated. They provided dog towels and sheets and food/water bowls which was great because we forgot ours. The only bad thing is that we couldn't stay longer."
