  • Best Family Vacation Yet!

"What an amazing week!!! I'm a little depressed that it's over. Gil was so accommodating and available with any questions throughout my trip planning. Once we arrived, there was everything we needed and more for a perfect vacation. This was mine and my family's first time to the Cape, and we will definitely be back. The beaches were perfect and never crowded. You could get your perfect spot at the beach anytime of day! Everyone also left their stuff at the beach overnight, like tents and toys, etc. Which was really nice to not have to worry about your things as well as carrying them back and forth everyday. Also, it's hard to tell from the pictures how close the beach really is. My niece counted her steps, she's 13, anyway it's 129 steps from the deck to the sand :) The main deck has steps that lead directly to the beach walkway. The community pool is also right next door, looking at google maps, it's looks farther than it is. I didn't count the steps, but I would say from the front door to the pool is probably 150 steps. The Trading Post will become your favorite place, fresh donuts in the morning, and everything in between. We stayed and cooked a lot at our condo, but we did venturing to Port St. Joe (25 minutes away) For dinner a couple nights. Gil has 2 beach umbrella's a few beach toys, coolers, and beach chairs available for use. The kitchen is completely stocked with anything you can ever need. I LOVE to cook, and I was not disappointed in any amenities. My only suggestion if you book this condo, is to bring a few more wash cloths. There are plenty of puzzles and board games for kids, lots of books if you like to read. The couches and beds are comfortable. I agree with the other review about bringing your own sheets, just to save time washing before you leave. Lastly, I want to thank Gil for renting out his place to us. I can not express in words how wonderful our vacation was and I am one picky person. I'm glad we stayed at Beach Breeze and can't wait to come back! Long story short, this place is perfect...if you're on the fence between this condo or another. Book this one, you won't regret it!"

  • Family Friendly Townhome

"Spring Break 2016 was perfect! Three generations shared this townhome. Everything we needed for a week at the beach was at our disposal. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, even a wagon that the kids rode in to the ocean. You can tell that the owners welcome children. They provided a high chair, baby gates, and a pack-n-play. There's a grill on the back porch in addition to a well equipped kitchen. You won't be disappointed here. We'll definitely be back!"

  • Wonderful trip!!!!

"We spent a week in this wonderful townhouse!!! It was so clean, well kept, everything we needed was at our fingertips. We were there during approach of what became hurricane Hermine. The owners called to check on us, make sure we were safe and everything was ok. It is a wonderful retreat that's peaceful and quiet, perfect place to rest, relax and recharge!!!! We will definitely being going back to Barrier Dunes and stay in this townhome and will recommend this to our friends and families. The Trading Post was a great place to pick up those forgotten items and they were so friendly. Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us. Tina Wommack"

  • Very nice

"The property was very nice - much of it seemed new or newly updated - and very clean and comfortable. There is an ocean view from the top balcony and the beautiful beach itself is only a few minutes' walk away. The kitchen had everything I needed - except a bottle opener! I left one in case others can use in the future. I wouldn't have any hesitation to come back to Cape San Blas or Here Comes the Sun."
