  • Our 2nd Time Here

"This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. It is the perfect place for a beach vacation. Plenty of room, lot of amenities, very close to the water. It's wonderful. It has everything you need, we didn't leave the Cape all week. Dolphin shows, clear water, fishing--it was a great time. You can sit on the deck and watch the kids play, yet you are close enough to get to them if you need to. I can't say enough about this home. I'll be back!"

  • Clifton Beach house was the perfect place for a family vacation

"My family was stuck in the PCB rut and I wanted out. Staying at the Clifton Beach house locates in Cape San Blas was the perfect option. The house was beautiful, spacious and welcoming. There were 9 adults and we had plenty of room. It was located right on the beach with stunning views. We cooked at the house a few times, there were two grills we could have used, but choose not too. The other nights we would drive into town for delicious seafood. Dockside, Roonie B's and the Indian Pass Raw Bar, check them out. During the day we were on the beach along with very few other people. We saw huge crabs, stingrays and even a baby hammerhead shark (he was the cutest!). We did rent a boat to check out the tip of The Cape. There we saw tons of sand dollars and starfish, a few dolphins and one shark about 3 to 4 ft long. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. I know part of the reason it was relaxing is the owner of Clifton Beach (Silvia) was very easy to contact and to work with. She was quick to respond to any questions I had and I enjoyed doing business with her. If you want a vacation on a beautiful beach that is away from it all so you have quality time with your family and nature, this is your beach! Oh and make sure you get up early to check out Webber's donuts, they are delicious and sell out quick! Now I am honest and I will say that the mosquitos were horrible so make sure you bring spray. I personally can't wait to visit The Cape and stay in the best beach house ever, Clifton Beach."

  • Clean. Wonderful. Perfect.

"We just got back from our trip. Let me first say that Dana and Steve were wonderful to communicate with from beginning to end. They were friendly and polite and always quick to respond. I would feel comfortable recommending any of their houses that they have for rent. Our first impression of the house was WOW! Is this clean! That opinion remained true through the entire visit. The house layout was very functional. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the bedrooms and bathrooms had plenty of space. We absolutely loved the screened in porch upstairs and spent a lot of time eating our meals and reading in that area. The lower screened in porch was great with the swim spa (maintenance even came by weekly to make sure it was ready for use). I think we were in the swim spa every night we were there. We loved how close the beach was to the house and our dog had the best time being in the sand. What a great beach(soft sand: no garbage or waste). I could write about this experience forever. It was a great vacation! We will be back for a visit, it was really hard to leave. Thanks again for everything!"

  • I want to wave you off, but...

"I am a native Floridian who has lived in Georgia for 26 years. I had never been to the "Forgotten Coast" before renting this house. The beach is pristine with sugar sand and clear water. During spring break week, when PCB and Destin were zoos, this area was quiet, uncrowded, and heavenly. The house itself was immaculate and when I did have an issue come up, Patrick responded very quickly. The 2nd floor master suite was roomy and beautifully decorated. I really felt like I was in an upscale hotel. The main floor living and kitchen areas are gorgeous, well-decorated, and extremely well supplied. 3 corkscrews? That's for me. (No wine glasses, so bring your own if you're that picky about your glass!) My teen daughters were very comfortable in the bedroom with the twins and private bath. It was nicely decorated and has very high ceilings which made it feel bigger. I thought this house was an incredible value for the money and the location was a fabulous surprise. We were able to poke around Port St. Joe and enjoy the little shops and restaurants and the marina. We went into Apalachicola and shopped and walked around. We checked out Mexico Beach and also made a day trip up to PCB, enjoying a free air show of F22 Raptors while driving through Tyndall AFB. It was great to arrive early in PCB before the party crowd got up! We visited Gulf World (awesome animal care) and ate at Pineapple Willy's then got out early enough to avoid the crazies. Seriously, don't hesitate to rent this place. It was fantastic!"
