  • Clean nice house, convenient location and great beach area

"My husband and I just recently stayed at the Sea Casa and really enjoyed it. It was the perfect size house for us two and our little dog who LOVES the beach. It was convenient to the Trading Post store (where you can pick up pretty much anything you need), an ice machine, ice cream shop, donut shop (get there early they sell out fast!) and much more. The house is exactly like the pictures and just a short minute walk to the beach. Some areas in the Cape seem to have lost a lot of the beach area due to erosion but this area had plenty of room for us to setup our tent and chairs and not worry about the tide coming in. We found everything we needed for our week long stay in the house. The kitchen is fully stocked, they supplied us with laundry detergent, both charcoal and gas grill and they even had some beach chairs that we used the first day since we hadn't bought our own yet. The basement area was perfect for my husband to store his fishing gear each day as well. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone else to as well!"

  • Our New Favorite Vacation

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at A Tropical Breeze. It is a beautiful home that is well taken care of and was immaculate when we arrived. It was large enough for our multi-family getaway, and the elevator is great for anyone who has difficulty with stairs. Roni, one of the owners, is fantastic to deal with. There is not a lot to do on Cape San Blas other than enjoy the natural surroundings, and that is just the way we like it! Weber's Donuts were the best we have ever had, and we enjoyed a day trip in to Apalachicola. We can't wait to return to A Tropical Breeze!"

  • SO RELAXING!!

"We had a great family vacation here at Cape Refreshment! Even though our weather could have been better, we did exactly what we wanted to do. We went to the local fish markets and was able to eat very well the week we were there, with a fully stocked kitchen. The boys were able to do all the shelling they ever had wanted to do. We walked to get ice cream. We walked the beach at night and got to watch the ghost crabs run around, which we thought was way cool to watch:). We drove over to Apalachicola and on the way there saw an alligator on the side of the road, to shop and eat. We had such a great family vacation that I can't wait to visit this place again!"

  • Perfect family vacation/celebration spot!

"Our 3-generational 50th anniversary/spring break stay at Beachfront Paradise was perfect. Rooms enough for everybody in our family of 8 to have his own space. Beautifully, but comfortably decorated. Kitchen more than adequately furnished. Wonderful views, screened deck. Kids (ages 7-72 :) ) enjoyed the great heated pool and in March, there were so so few people on the beach, it was almost as if we had our own private beach. When we had a little maintenance issue, the response to take care of it was immediate. Having rental beach equipment, kayak & paddle board, delivered to the house before we even arrived was so convenient. What a fun place! Nobody wanted to leave!"
