  • Family Friendly Townhome

"Spring Break 2016 was perfect! Three generations shared this townhome. Everything we needed for a week at the beach was at our disposal. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, even a wagon that the kids rode in to the ocean. You can tell that the owners welcome children. They provided a high chair, baby gates, and a pack-n-play. There's a grill on the back porch in addition to a well equipped kitchen. You won't be disappointed here. We'll definitely be back!"

  • PAWSOME Good Time!

"We want to thank Charla for the best time we've ever had. Mom knew we'd like the water since she calls us her "Water Babies". And this house was the perfect spot. We loved getting to run out to the bay every morning and evening for our swim. We did not like the beach however. Mom knew she made the right choice when she found a doggie bed and food and water bowls, just in case she left ours. Our human's enjoyed the house as well. Kitchen was well equipped with anything they thought they might could use or need. Mom loved the tile floors because she could keep them clean after we had come in from outside. And the washer and dryer were life savers(mom likes to keep things clean). If you forget beach towels, dont worry, Charla has extras stored in the bathroom just in case(just make sure you bring them all back from the beach). Downstairs has a storage room for you to store all your beach equipment, which was really nice with the boogie boards and skim boards we have. Mom said if we ended up forgetting them that it would be okay because then they'd be there for the next people to use. We think mom and dad fell in love with Port Saint Joe and CSB. They said it felt like home and they could see us spending lots of time here. They done alot of eating at the house except our last night. They met our mom's friend in Eastpoint for dinner and brought us home doggie dinner. She keeps talking about going back to see The Red Pirate and eating oysters. They must have been good for her want to have some shipped home! We are going to rate this as a 6 Paw Up. The nice lady would always answer any questions mom had about the area or what we needed to do at the house. We will make our stay longer next summer. Maybe we can swim to the Island again!!! Enjoy your stay and let your furbabies have a vacation too! 3 tails (nubbs) wagging! Just some more information: The house was nicely set up for humans and pets. There was my husband and I, my mother, and our 2 nephews and our 3 Australian Shepherds on this trip. This was the perfect size and perfect location. We spent a lot of time at the state park in Cape San Blas, we also traveled to Saint George Island and enjoyed their state park beach. Plenty of stations on TV should you need it, also a DVR and plenty of books for reading. This was literally like vacationing at home. I will praise Charla and her home to anyone and everyone who visits. So much so that this will be our yearly vacation."

  • HAD A BLAST AT BEACH BLAS!

"This house has everything you need! The multi-level living made it easy for everyone to have enough space to spread out. The rooms were decorated nicely and were quite spacious. Being a pet friendly place, I wish there was no carpet. Carpet in the bedrooms showed signs of old stains, but was clean. The living room sofa and love seat could stand to be changed out. They showed major signs of wear and looked as if people sat on them with sunscreen on. The king mattress was pretty bad. That could stand to be replaced too. It was soft, but had the characteristic dips where one sleeps. Not easy on the back. Be ready to climb stairs. I am not the most active person normally, so my legs got a workout. It felt great to me, but may not for some. Nonetheless, the pool was beautiful. The wrap around porches and views were amazing! The uncrowded pet friendly beaches are amazing! The people of the area are all very friendly as well. The beach gear we got to rent for free was perfect, waiting for us upon arrival, and put to very good use. We rode the bikes to the Tradin' Post and got Weber's donuts on several occasions (a must!). We had fires on the beach! Magical! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need even though we ate at the Indian Pass Raw Bar three times during our week stay. Another absolute must! But go EARLY or you will be waiting a long time! The bathrooms were all very clean. The refrigerator downstairs in the foyer/mudroom entrance was a really nice touch and put to good use as well. There is a supply of beach chairs and pool and beach toys also, so no need to pack all of that. Overall, the house felt like home, lived in and cozy. Kids and adults alike all had a great time! One thing--I didn't even look in the drawers of the entertainment cabinet in the living room until the day we left. It was packed full of family dvd movies, games, puzzles, decks of cards, books, and even vhs movies! No need to lug your own dominos game (like we did). They had one there already! Thank you Sunset Reflections! We would stay at Beach Blas again in a second!"
