"We just spent 45 days in this beautiful condo. We found it very clean and so nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, dining and living room are wonderfully laid out with full view of the ocean. The huge patio was our happy place. We spent many hours taking in the ocean and watching how it changes everyday and its beautiful white sand. Since my husband is an avid fisherman, he spent countless hours right ahead of the condo. He was known as crazy or determined! We can't wait to return next year, this is an amazing place. The other renters are so friendly too, like one big family."

  • Fall Break

"My family of 5, along with my dad, stayed in this condo for fall break. This was our first experience staying at this complex. I will say that it was a way different experience than another facility we usually stay at. It definitely has a ton of pool activities for kids. It seemed super busy and I can't imagine how busy it would be during the summer. It definitely isn't a place if you are someone who has no children and is looking for a quiet place. My kids loved it but we prefer a more quiet setting. The beach was a little bit of a walk from this unit so be prepared. The unit itself was nice and spacious. They had several beach chairs, a few boogie boards and other sand toys so need to pack those. The bathrooms were huge and the extra 1/2 bath was a nice addition. I was a little bummed about the beds. My husband and I stayed in the master bed. It definitely isn't plush and I agree with another reviewer that the bedding was something you'd find in a cheap motel... scratchy, thin and weird. There was not a good supply of toilet paper or trash bags so we had to buy more. As stated in the description, there is construction directly out from the balcony. It starts early. It didn't bother us during the day because most of the time we were at the beach or pool. By evening time, they quit. My kids enjoyed the Xbox that is provided and the T.V. and solid door on the bunk room were nice additions. The parking garage is very close to this unit and made it nice for unloading and loading back up. Thank you."

  • Beautiful Place to Relax on the Beach!

"From the balcony of this beautiful condo overlooking the beach, we enjoyed seeing dolphins every single day, the soothing sound of the waves, and the relaxing breeze. Only a minute to the beach itself over the boardwalk, and really appreciated the umbrella/chair service and the shower to rinse off sand before going back inside. While snorkeling, we saw stingrays, snails, crabs, thousands of fish, and many other interesting creatures. On several days, we had 20'+ visibility under water. Easy walk along the shore to the Okaloosa Island Pier and to view beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The condo itself was great: clean, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare most of our meals there (we stopped at the nearby Publix on our way in and picked up groceries), comfortable bed, GREAT water pressure in the shower, awesome views from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom, large dining table where we played games in the evenings, nice washer, dryer, and vacuum so we could keep things tidy during our stay. While this trip was to celebrate our 20th anniversary, we enjoyed it so much that we're already beginning to plan a return visit and bring our kids/grandkids. Following recommendations from friends who have been to the Destin area, we did eat out at The Louisiana Lagniappe (delicious fresh fish), McGuires Irish Pub (oh, the lamb chops!) and The Donut Hole (best Bavarian Cream donuts I've had since Ron's Bakery in Nappanee, yummy corned beef hash, omelettes, and cheese blintzes); all of these places had great service and a variety of menu choices. Thanks to Judi for sharing your beautiful home! We loved every moment of being there."
