Plenty of space - we had two families, total of 9 people (5 adults, 4 children ages 8-13), no tripping over each other.
Ground floor (the main reason we'll be back) - mere steps to the covered parking lot so unloading/loading is a breeze. Covered back patio where you watch the kids swim, beach access is steps away. Going from the condo to the pool to the beach and back again is effortless which made a HUGE difference. Noise was never an issue.
Washer/Dryer - so nice having clean/dry beach towels every morning!
Beach chairs/umbrellas - what a nice bonus! No need to rush out each morning to stake out a spot and set everything up.
10 minute walk to the pier - close enough to the action without being right on top of it.
Oven - seemed a little wonky, had to cook our pizza way longer than we do at home and it still wasn't quite done enough. In the grand scheme of things this was not a big deal.
Water - the complex apparently posted signs in the lobby informing everyone that water would be turned off for everyone on Friday from 9-12noon, but since we were on the ground floor we never had to go through the lobby, so never saw the signs. This was a little bit of a nuisance but again, in the big picture it was a blip. We called Kim and she was very apologetic and said she was going to email the complex to suggest finding an additional way to make ground floor tenants aware. She even offered to reimburse us for bottled water and anything else we needed due to the outage, which was not necessary but the offer was very much appreciated.
The Pros WAY outweighed the Cons, to the point where I had to really think about what to put for the Cons. The two things listed were minor inconveniences, barely worthy of a mention. I highly recommend this awesome condo!"
