  • Stunning home

"We definitely had the best of the best of everything while vacationing in this stunning home. The appliances, furniture and décor are all beautiful and top of the line. The elevator made moving in for the week a breeze. A few other things that made our vacation here a true vacation were having an ice machine, 2 dishwashers and a game room for the teens. The gourmet kitchen had us taking turns channeling our inner chef and there was enough seating for all 16 of us to sit down together. The bedroom accommodations were perfect for us and we loved the open layout and comfortable living space. We were able to walk right out of the door and onto the sugary white beach where we played in the surf and sand all day. In the evenings we enjoyed watching the gorgeous sunsets on the enormous deck. The entire family was able to hang out together every evening on the main level. Some played in the pool, some relaxed by the pool watching TV, and the rest hung out around the outside kitchen. We made the most wonderful memories here and we will return to MOJO next year and each year after that. Thank you No Worries for the most wonderful “No Worries” vacation."

  • Still a wonderful, homey place to stay right near the most peaceful beach I've ever visited

"First, let me say that Mexico Beach itself is a small, quaint town, and is a very peaceful place to take a vacation. My grandmother and I have been frequent visitors for over 20 years, and we particularly enjoy laying on the beach watching the sand crabs and the waves and watching the spectacular sunsets. If you want to stay in a place that's hoppin' with excitement, this is NOT it. But if you want a peaceful stay in a place that is close enough to excitement for several day trips (Panama City is only about a half hour away), Mexico Beach is the place. Though we've been to the area many times, this was only my family's second visit to Double Chillin'; we stayed once previously in 2012. We found the property just as comfortable, convenient, and well kept as on our last stay. If you're looking for posh or luxurious, this is not the place for you. If you're looking for a home away from home for a week or two, with all the things you need to be comfortable (sheets and blankets, pots and pans, dishes, towels, etc.), and all just a few blocks from a lovely beach - look no farther. We were settled in with groceries purchased from Port St. Joe's Piggly Wiggly the first evening, and ready to just kick back and enjoy our stay. I enjoy the little quirks of the rental: the beach-themed wall hangings, books and magazines scattered throughout, family games and movies in the living room, and the pool table, which my daughter was old enough this visit to truly enjoy. Only 5 of us went: myself, my gran, my fiance, our daughter, and her best friend. We could easily have fit 2 or 3 more people without feeling crowded. The best part, in my opinion, is the large tub in the master bath (which does take some time to fill, but is worth the wait!), and the large screened front porch with table and chairs as well as comfy chairs and loveseat perfect for reading or chatting. We finished our trip off with a Sunday morning visit to a church service on the beach - not to be missed. I am not a churchy person, but the service was so natural, welcoming, and totally unique that I felt right at home. All in all an awesome stay. We will be back!"

  • Tons of amenities

"Stayed here over the weekend - super happy with my choice in doing so. I was choosing between this townhome and two others. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall cleanliness of the place as well as by the many amenities included with the property. I mean, it comes with a decked out golfcart and kayaks. Saved me tons of money on rentals. Highly recommend, will book again next time I'm in MB."

  • A true home away from home

"While traveling with another couple through the area to take in some Florida warmth and biking trails, we stayed three nights at this location in Mexico Beach. Although this is off season for the area (restaurants closed, little traffic), it was SO much warmer than home (Michigan). We enjoyed the quiet and had to turn the air conditioner on! The home is so very cozy and just right for us two couples (two beds and two baths). We used the kitchen and enjoyed wine and muffins left by our hostess. We were well attended to when we had a question about tornado warning protocol and some jewelry left behind. We truly felt the owner wanted us to enjoy ourselves and we did. We had fun searching the place for mermaids and left a new one behind. It was a memorable location for the four of us on our trip."
