  • Last Minute Navarre Trip

"We had vacation plans to go to Hilton Head Island the same time that Hurricane Matthew hit the east coast. We scrambled to find another location and we stumbled across Navarre Beach. Good fortune put us in contact with 802 Belle Mer! The unit was absolutely perfect for our needs, a well stocked kitchen, very spacious unit, super comfortable beds and extremely clean. The views of the Gulf are extraordinary, there is no better place to watch sunset! The flip flop theme was so charming, this home is like a home away from home. Access to the beach is terrific, the pool has tremendous views as well! The Belle Mer is perfectly located where you are less than a mile from the pier and Juana Pagodas Key Lime Pie! It was a terrific week in Navarre, and can't wait to come back again."

  • There is a reason it keeps getting five stars....

"There is a reason this condo keeps getting five stars: it's really an amazing place for the price (we received winter rates). It is HUGE: king size bed, queen bed, two twin beds, roll away bed, too (with plenty of space for it). There were four of us and it was way more space than we needed but we sure enjoyed it! All the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are big and clean (one has a jetted tub). I wouldn't have chosen the 2nd floor since I could see/hear the people in the pool/hot tub below, but there were a few times I was thankful for it: when the elevator was slow/sticky (it stopped with us once between floors!) and when we were stopped by a sign that said "don't enter elevator when you're wet" (not sure what people did on the higher floors). The condo was very clean and I didn't feel irritated by the $100 house cleaning cost when I saw how much sand we tracked in over three days. The kitchen is well stocked with expected items (pans, dinnerware, etc) and unexpected (ziplock bags, syrup, spices), the 2nd bedroom closet is full of beach toys, and the television cabinet (oh, there are TVs *everywhere*) has movies, books, and audio books. The decor straddles "cute beachy" and "tacky silly"....lots of big fake plants and beach scene prints/metal signs. There is a huge wicker-like pineapple that made me laugh. But when the GORGEOUS beach (they're not joking...white sands and turquoise waves!) is only steps away, who cares what is on the walls of the condo? I'm a young(ish) widow with three teenage children who couldn't even consider such a condo if it cost more than this. We felt pampered and rich for two full days and we're thankful (this is the kind of place you could stay for a week or more and not feel cramped or antsy). We spent a birthday and Thanksgiving on the beach! It was perfect."

  • Outstanding house and location

"Loved the house and the area! Is a beautiful, well supplied home and kitchen. Had great time and the weather was perfect. Made use of the kayaks and the bikes. Have family that live in the area and they loved the place as well. Walking the sound was wonderful, so peaceful and great views. The neighbors were nice and very friendly. Could not be happier and we are so glad that we found this gem of a house and location. Was a great get away, thanks for sharing your home."
