"We had a fantastic time! This condo is beautiful, the view is amazing, and the owners instructions made our arrival a breeze. We loved having king size beds in both rooms. Our girls getaway was so much fun, we are planning on making this an annual trip."

  • Beautiful, spacious

"We loved our stay at this property on Navarre Beach. The condo itself was very roomy, well-kept, with new furniture and new carpets. There was a large balcony with a beautiful view of the gulf and pier. We saw dolphins dancing in the sound from the window/balcony of one of the rooms. We ate all of our meals on the balcony while listening to the waves crash against the sand. We will definitely book again! I can't say enough good about it."

  • Great location & awesome view

"My family of four recently completed a four night stay at this unit at The Pearl and enjoyed every minute! Everything we needed (minus commercial ice machines) was available onsite: BBQ pits (charcoal & gas), two swimming pools, umbrella beach chair rentals and, of course, the powder white sands of Navarre Beach and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The complex is also very secure with security codes needed for room access, front gate entrance and beach access. The Pearl is in walking distance to the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier (the longest in the gulf), Tom Thumb convenience store, Sailor's Grill (outstanding breakfasts) and Juana's Pagodas (bar/grill, beach rentals). The unit itself was perfect for our family of four, and could accommodate a few more people if needed: king bed in master, and queen/twin combo in second bedroom. The master bath has a huge jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. It also has his & hers vanities and a large walk-in closet. Both the living room and master bedroom have sliding glass door access to the large balcony, which is the perfect spot for an early morning cup of coffee, sunset cocktail, or a just shady spot to chill if you need a respite from the midday sun. The wine cooler and washer/dryer were also put to use during our stay. The owner was a pleasure to work with. She was always very quick to respond throughout the entire rental process. Thanks Felicity! We hope to be back soon."

  • Jim from STL

"A very nice condo. Really enjoyed our vacation. Nicely located betwee Pensacola and Fort Walton. Pobably the best stocked condo we have stayed in the last 11+ years. Keurig coffee maker, bread maker, steamer, crock pot just to mention a few. Gulf Blue, Laura and her people were really great to deal with. Had one small problem and it was taken care of right away. We did have a friend visit who had a prostectic leg, beach access was not real friendly for her. Go watch the fishermen on the pier they really spring into action when some one gets a strike. I would definitely reccomend this unit to a friend. We have already booked for next year. Lot of good restaurants within driving distance. Cactus Flower in Navarre and Peg Leg Petes in Pensacola were two of my favorites."
