  • Harbour Pointe What A Great Expereince For a Utah Family

"In the past we spent our vacation on the Gulf of Mexico at Perdido Key, which is over crowded and hard to fish. This year (2016) we stayed at Harbour Pointe which is not crowded and plenty of room to fish. The check-in/out instructions were easy to follow and because I'm a native of Pensacola, I knew all the great local activities. We loved the condo, well furnished with everything you will need; great cooking supplies, washer and dryer, security and the 2nd floor had a great view. The condo is very clean and laid out perfectly. The owner is very friendly and easy to work with, she also has excellent taste the condo was decorated amazingly well. Not one negative thing to say, it was a great experience and we will stay next year for sure! Would recommend this rental to friends and family"

"This is our second year in a row to stay at this condo. We absolutely loved it. Erin is such nice and easy person to book with. Everything you need is at the condo. The Publix grocery store is right down the road. This year we went to the state park beach everyday for $3 a day. Complete seclusion! The pool at condo was never crowded perfect for our little boys. We enjoyed going to the bay at night and watching the sunset. We love Perdido Key and this condo, we will be returning next week for a 3rd time! Thank you Erin!"

  • So Relaxing & family friendly

"Love, Love, Love this location and property, I have never come home so relaxed and I truly feel it was due to the location. The home has plenty of space for any size family we only had 4 but you can sleep many more than that and it has all the amenities you need, Judith has though of everything. While on the property we felt like we were all by ourselves we never saw any neighbors but we did however see dolphins from the pier which was totally awesome. The property has a small sandy beach area and our dogs absolutely LOVED it!! They had a blast playing in the water and playing on the pier. If there was anything to say negative and these really are not negative because it is something you can deal with it would be: 1. That all of the bedrooms are upstairs with comfy beds but our dogs who are used to sleeping in the same room with us could not make it up the stairs so we had to sleep downstairs with them (they are too heavy to carry upstairs) and the pull out couch downstairs is not comfortable at all. 2. The stairs to get upstairs are a spiral staircase and they are tight and the landing upstairs is really tight too. They have installed a baby gate upstairs for families with small kids and pets but it would be difficult for small children and pets to navigate the stairs safely without help. 3. It is very dark around the home (which is great for star gazing) but we could not sit out on the deck at night and relax, it was just too dark. The only light we could get to work outside was the side light by the door, none of the lights on the house facing the water came on and the pier light did not come on at night and we could not find the switch to turn them on. As you can see these are very minor details so if you are considering this home I would highly recommend it you won’t be sorry, we defiantly will be back! Thank you Judith & Bob for sharing your home with our family. The Cook’s Mesquite Texas"
