  • Perfect for my family

"This house was perfect for my family. We had the space we needed, it was well stocked, and Susanna was a wonderful hostess. The house is exactly as described, next to a nice playground/park. We'd definitely recommend it."

  • Best vacation ever! Loved our stay!

"This place is amazing! We brought our boat and jet ski and kept them at the dock! The dock has a covered, which is great! The water is shallow off the shore and was great for our kids to play in. The house is very spacious and plenty of room for all 6 of us! The neighborhood is nice! We saw dolphins daily! We loved every bring about our stay!"

  • Beautiful, peaceful, well-kept home!

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this rental and our only regret was that it was too short! Derrick was very quick to respond to all of our questions before and during our stay, the home itself was beautiful, the location was great, and the price is incredible for what you get. Love that it is out of the way but we could easily get groceries and eat out. The beach right there on the bay was good for wading and the kayak was a big hit. We even saw some dolphins a couple of times! But there's not much room for sand castles right by this townhouse. Further down the row of townhouses is a bigger patch of sand, though, and we ended up driving to Perdido Key State Park one morning which was a quick 10 or so minute drive and it was beautiful and not crowded at all. Derrick recommended The Fisherman's Corner for dinner one night and it was AMAZING. Traveling with a little one new to walking, we were worried about stairs on the main level, but the chair in the living room works great as a baby gate. :) Overall, it was a wonderful vacation, and if we decide to come back to the area, we would love to stay again!"
