  • Perfect

"Perfect get away. Plenty of room for our family of 5. We enjoyed being on the bay side and taking short walks to the gulf. We loved the use of the kayak and rented a paddle board for our oldest daughter. I would stay here again. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some."

  • Fun in the sun!

"I selected this property for its location and appearance and it delivered on both categories! We have visited Pensacola Beach several times and are familiar with the area so we knew it was the best fit for our family. We love purchasing a pass to Ft. Pickens National Park and taking advantage of its almost private beaches. The condo is a 10 minute drive to the park and worth the $15.00 fee for the beautiful beach and very few people. If getting sand in the car is not for you, walk about a block from the condo and across the road to a wooden boardwalk to the public beach! Quick and easy! The condo community pool was clean, with ample loungers and never crowded. It has a nice bath house with very clean bathrooms. The pool sits right at the edge of the bay. The condo itself was very clean, cool and comfortable. The kitchen is fairly well supplied but we did not do much cooking so if you plan to, check with the owner to make sure you will have what you need. The beds are very comfy and the large bedrooms have sliding doors that open to the deck. The other two floors' decks are ample in size (there are gates on the stairs for child safety) with seating for enjoying early morning coffee. There is a nice view of the bay and its beach access from the deck. Two of our three favorite places to eat are just a five minute drive from the condo, Flounders and Hemingway's. McGuire's Irish Pub (historic building, fabulous steak and bagpipe music)is back across the bridge in Pensacola. My granddaughter loved swinging in the porch swing on the lower level and thought it great fun to have a shower outside to rinse off the beach sand. She appreciated the pool/beach toys and the little step stool at the condo. The owner communicates well and responds quickly, it is obvious she wants to ensure that you have a comfortable, enjoyable stay. The neighbors (permanent residents) were very friendly and helpful. We will rent from this owner again when we return to Pensacola!"

  • Very enjoyable stay!

"Well laid out trilevel beach house close to the beach and the pool. Also very close to Peg Legs restaurant and the downtown area. We would consider staying there again."
