  • Beautiful view!

"Just got back from staying at this condo for a week. It is clean, the beds are comfortable, and it has a wonderful view of the pool and ocean. We brought our own beach chairs, but there were some in the closet also. It is not within walking distance of stores or restaurants, but there is a trolley stop right out in front of the condo. The ride is free, and will take you down to the boardwalk area where there are restaurants, if you don't want to drive. There is a very nice pool, but I would think it would be very crowded during some summer weeks. We got lucky and it wasn't crowded the week we went, so there were plenty of chairs available. The beach is beautiful, but it is not a good beach to walk on if you like to do that. You have to walk in the deep sand or on an incline closer to the water. Since the condo is in a residential area, the beach wasn't crowded. My family enjoyed our stay here, and would like to come back again some time. I miss the ocean view already."

  • Florida Getaway.

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was much larger than I expected from the pictures online, and is about 3 miles from 'the strip'. It was very comfortable and a good size for my boyfriend and I, but I would estimate it could hold up to 4 comfortably. The view from the condo is breathtaking, and the balcony is in fact bigger than the others, with room to seat 6-8. The stretch of beach was pristine, lots of families and the Blue Angels flew by several times during practice. There's also a pod of dolphins that commute just offshore daily. The property management was attentive and responsive to any imperfections, helping to make the stay that much more enjoyable, and a true Florida getaway."

  • Great choice for our first VRBO stay!!

"This was our family's first vacation using VRBO, and it didn't disappoint!! Rhonda was great at helping us get detailed information on the whole process and what we were to expect, as well as letting us know about some attractions/stores in the area. Upon arrival, we checked in late. I felt good that we had a security code to enter the building. You could also use your key at the gate door, if by chance you forget the code. One of the 2 elevators were only working so I had to wait with the luggage cart to head up to the condo. It is stationed on the very top floor which is great for breath taking views, but not so much as to wait for the elevator to arrive to that floor. We were very pleased with the condo when we got in and my kiddos explored through the whole place. We loved that we had a balcony to look over the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped and well stocked with all the necessities you would need if you cooked in the condo. The living room and kitchen area was spacious enough for our family of 5, and the beds were very comfortable. Everything had a place and labelled so you knew where to find everything. The only issue I had was that you had to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom, but that was only an issue when we came from the beach. Our time there was as great as we could expect even with the weather not cooperating with us. On the not so good/rainy days, we went to the Naval Air Station Museum, which is a must do even if you don't enjoy planes!! It was a great attraction and free. We spent the whole day here! One of the days, we went to the beach which is right in the back yard. I LOVE that the beach equipment was provided!!! There were also hoses for you to wash off any excess sand on the walkway. Definitely read the warning signs pertaining the waves before heading out as the rip tides were strong on one of the days. The beach wasn't that busy, and my kids had a blast looking for shells and sand dollars. The pool wasn't busy at all and the convenience of the misters on site to wash off sand was nice. Restaurants are just a few blocks from here, and I liked that the condo was away from all the hustle and bustle. Crabs was our absolute favorite place to eat. Great portion sizes & food! Our only issue was when we left, we had to take the stairs since maintenance had to fix the only elevator. Not the condo's fault. I highly recommend this condo, & our kids are excited for the next time we plan on visiting."

  • Very nice unit and great views

"The condo is exactly as advertised. We stay at Regency Towers almost every year and have always been partial to the West tower. The East tower is no different. The views are fantastic. I loved the split design for the bedrooms. My son, his wife and child came with, so they had all the privacy they wanted. We don't usually depend on any beach equipment from the owners but Pat had 4 chairs, umbrellas, toys and more. She knew she had a broken chair and had 2 new chairs waiting for us on Sunday morning. The balcony is small but I realize that most of the 2 bedrooms are layed out that way. It was still plenty of room for the 4 of us."
