  • Condo in great location, loved Pensacola Beach

"Overall the location is great, and while the unit has a few flaws, I thought it was a good value; I wouldn’t hesitate recommending it. Owner Sue was easy to deal with and very responsive to questions/issues (of which there was only one with the WIFI). Check-in/out was a breeze. Unit As it appears in photos. Nice view of sound from rear deck with awesome sunsets. Could not find an umbrella for the table so the patio was not really usable in the late afternoon when the sun hit it; it’s semi-private as the patio for the unit next door is right beside it. Each unit has an outdoor shower head and hose so cleaning up after the beach is a breeze. Of note, the walls are pretty thin if the people next door are being loud at all; if you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. The condo is in dire need of a paint job and gives what is otherwise a very cute place a bit of a run-down feel. The furniture is showing some wear, however, there’s a set of green bedsheets that work perfect as furniture covers for the couch and love seat. Speaking of sheets, ALL linens were put away not damp, but wet. Luckily I noticed it soon after arriving and put a couple of loads back in the dryer otherwise they would have been very moldy. This was obviously not the owner’s fault. Keeping in mind that there is a $125 linens fee, a few of the towels are stained and should have been retired, I set them aside in hopes that the cleaning people would replace them. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Bathrooms are small but efficient. NOTE – this unit has no landline. If you’re visiting from Canada, you may need a US phone plan added to your mobile phone unless you Facetime/WhatsApp etc. If you need 911, hopefully you’re still able to convey the address so emergency services can find you! Beach The sound side has calm water and a narrow beach that you can take a nice stroll along toward Fort Pickens. Often you will see dolphins fishing close to shore. The Gulf side (pictured in ad) is a quick walk and beautiful with miles of nice white sand and not crowded at all. The unit came with lots of chairs, though they are a bit worn, I choose to grab new ones at Walmart in Gulf Breeze along with a beach umbrella which didn't cost much. Pool Nice pool and common area, there are only 10 loungers to service all of the units. This wasn’t a problem during my stay as it was not overly busy, but might be during high season."

  • Perfect Little Getaway

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at many condos along the panhandle and this was my favorite. We had everything we needed. The sound on one side and the gulf on the other. Surf half the day and paddle the rest on the sound side. The kids enjoyed it also. Would defiantly book this location again. ! Condo had everything and was decorated nicely felt like a home away from home."

  • Wonderful Getaway!

"This town home was an oasis for our family's fall break getaway! The facility itself is perfect! Clean unit, fully stocked with kitchen essentials, fluffy bath towels and beach towels, laundry in the house, etc...but even better than those details was the location. This town home is on the quiet peninsula of Pensacola Beach. Looking out the front door and windows is the Gulf of Mexico and out the back door and windows is the Pensacola Sound. I never imagined that I would be able to watch both the sunrise AND the sunset over the beach at one location. The home is beautiful, the beds are wonderful, the pool is pristine. The house includes beach chairs, floatation toys, snorkel gear, access to paddle boards, etc...it was perfect for our family! We left wishing we could just move in. Also, Billy and Olivia are a joy to work with, very responsive and very helpful with any questions we had before and during our stay. We definitely plan to go back (we just wish it could be next weekend!). Thank you, agin, Billy and Olivia. We had a wonderfully refreshing time!"
