  • Misleading

    "Overall the unit was great, but be careful. The FREE BEACH SERVICE only gets you 2 chairs. We had to pay $420 for additional chairs, which made us upset because everyone had beach chairs and umbrellas at home but we did not bring them because it said FREE BEACH SERVICE. When I called Luxury Coastal Vacations they agreed that THEIR description was misleading and said SORRY. Well sorry won't buy you a cup of coffee. Oh and what about the "resort fee"? Calling this place a resort is kind of a stretch also. No pool bar, no music at the pool. Also we found out that the rules are only for renters. The unit owners were smoking on the balcony below us, which made us unable to sit on our balcony, and at the pool. I told the front desk several times and nothing was done about it. In passing conversation we found out they were owners."

  • Lovely Condo!

    "This is a very nice unit and had everything that we needed. This is our 2nd time that we stayed at this complex but first time in this unit. Only negative thing to say is that Saturday check in was delayed because they were very late in getting the unit cleaned. Check in is at 4pm and they did not finish cleaning our unit until after 5pm."

    "Indigo is a fantastic, resort-like property with lush landscaping and luxurious residences. I've stayed at Indigo before, but I found 1104E especially well-equipped with (working) high definition tvs, superior bedding, and plush linens and towels. Along with a dramatic ocean view I gushed over every time I entered off the private elevator, this unit is elegantly furnished and especially clean. The owner, Wanda White, helpfully let me change the rental week to accommodate a differing flight schedule. Overall, out of at least 5 visits, this was my best experience in Perdido Key."
