  • Great location and really nice condo

"This is a great property. Great location. There is construction going on and a recent review stated the patio was still usable. It was not at this time. There was a board across the door on the outside. The construction didn't stop us from having a good time. There is a nice pool with patio area and a hot tub. The noise, hustle and bustle is further down the road a few miles in Orange Beach, AL. Lots of wild life around and state parks. There is one you can walk to from the condo. And the beach access is #1 so there is reef diving/snorkeling there. Would give a 5 star if the patio would have been open. The owner had everything organized so finding attractions and restaurants was a breeze. And there are plenty of ways for communication the owners as well. Will definitely be back."

  • Paradise on Perdido Key

"This is our second stay on Perdido Key. Last year we checked out the various properties during our walks on the beach and decided to see if any rentals at this location were available for this year's stay. Lucky us - this has to be the best place on the beach. Everything about this condo is first class. The beautiful expanse of windows and balcony facing the ocean open the entire unit to the outside. The bedrooms all have balcony access and are tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and we had a great time preparing the fresh seafood we picked up at Joe Patti's. Mirabella isn't close to any other buildings so very few people were on the beach in front of the condo. Evening sunsets were spectacular from the balcony, no high rises to obstruct the view. The fitness center, spas, pools, sauna and steam room were clean, maintained and a pleasure to use. This is a great location on the key. We could walk to the little shopping center close by for fresh beignets in the morning or great food, sushi and cocktails at night (Jelly Fish.) Great grocery store, Publix, is just a couple miles away and George's Bistro had out of this world lobster rolls and ribs on Fridays and Saturdays that were perfect take-out to enjoy back in the condo. Did a lot of exploring; Naval Aviation Museum, Segway Tour in Pensacola, Ferry to Dauphin Island...there' just so much to see and do if you can tear yourself away from the condo. We had a great vacation and now we're spoiled; when we return to Perdido Key we won't be content in any place other than this condo."

"We enjoyed Indigo 1805E. The condo was well equipped in the kitchen, probably among the best condos in which we've vacationed--even a nice crock pot and cookware. HD TV in living room was great. The balcony furniture was very nice and sturdy. Our primary negative issues were the mattresses and sofa and bathrooms. Mattresses were exceptionally soft and hotter than most. Back support was minimal. And the sofa was showing age or wear and tear and needed some more back support. The refrigerator was cracked in the back showing a lot of hard usage. Finally, the master bathroom shower was particularly moldy, so we used our own Tilex to work on it. As well the commodes needed some attention as they were running. All of these issues are fixable, so in general the condo was nice. With these improvements we'd happily stay in 1805 again."

  • Beautifully decorated

"They did a great job with the new furniture BUT several things were wrong that should have been checked before our arrival: 1. Blind in bedroom was open but the cord was broken so you were unable to close the blind. 2. The shower head leaks immediately when you turn on the water for a bath. 3. The tv in the den was inoperable. It came on but showed "no signal". We went out and rented a movie for Red Box but when we got back, we couldn't get the dvd player to play in the den and/or bedroom. Too many wires in the back to fool with so we just went without although it really would have been nice to watch tv/dvd in the evenings. We reported all of this to the cleaning crew when they arrived the morning of our departure. Hopefully, it has all been rectified."
