  • Spacious, fresh condo with well-equipped kitchen

"Loved this condo and would rent it again. The kitchen is well equipped, and the bedrooms are large. The balcony is super spacious and serves as another room of the condo. We rented in February, so it was nice to have a heated pool option on property too. Two suggestions for improvement...replace the carpet in the unit and provide restroom access by the pool. The publicized restroom was up a flight of 20+ stairs (would not have worked for my aging parents had they traveled with us) and behind a locked door without key/code access. It forced us to go through the parking garage, inside and upstairs to the lobby (dripping water) or up to the condo (10th floor), which is ridiculous and frankly encourages people undoubtedly to pee in the pool. Yuck."

  • Great family trip!

"We had 6 adults and 2 young adults and there was so much space. The condo was well stocked except there weren't any oven mitts. There are some things that need attention like the toilet paper holder in the master and the light switch in one of the guest rooms but really a great condo. The beach was perfect, not crowded at all! The balcony of this unit was our favorite part. With the palm trees, it is a beautiful tropical view and we felt like we were in our own little space, never really heard anyone else when we were on the balcony. My biggest issue with this condo is that there is only an allowance for 2 vehicles and no-one could suggest where we might be able to park a 3rd vehicle during our stay. Wouldve been nice to atleast have some other option."

  • Just what we needed!

"My family of 3 stayed at this great condo over winter break. It was in a great location for everything we ended up doing, so I highly recommend staying in Needle Rush Point. Perdido Key was very nice in the winter, but I bet it get really hopping in the summer. We didn't find many breakfast places in Perdido Key, but Orange Beach, AL is just down the road and offered quite a few places for good breakfasts. Duck's Diner - yes; Hot Rod Diner - no; Brick and Spoon looked great, but we never had a chance to try it. The best restaurant we found was actually in Perdido Key and we went there twice in one day: Hub Stacey's on the Point. Great atmosphere, fun staff, and really good pub food...surprisingly the chicken wings were amazing! One thing we did experience in the condo was spotty internet service. Now, I will say that we had about 4 devices going at the same time, so that may have had something to do with it, but we had great cell service, so we were good to go. I would definitely come back to this condo and would recommend it to our friends. Oh - and you've got to try a Bushwhacker down at Flora-Bama :)"
