  • Can't wait to go back!

"I loved everything about the Sunflower. I enjoyed coffee every morning on the screened in porch and a cocktail every evening on the star gazers deck. Seriously the best - most stress-free vacation I've had in years. If you just want to get away from everything and everyone, this is the place to go. Very comfortable house, the pictures do not do it justice. It's in a great location - minutes away from Indian Pass Raw Bar - and just a short walk to what feels like your own private beach. Barbara was super nice, very sweet and gave me lots of information regarding the area. Which was really nice since I was traveling alone. Everything about the trip was perfect. I can't wait to go back!"

  • A quiet getaway, really close to the beach!

"This location is the perfect spot for couple/family getaway or work at Tyndall AFB (15 minutes away). The property is located three blocks from the beach and allowed us to walk there with our gear. It is only a 2 minute drive to Mexico Beach and the restaurants, but it makes all the difference. It's set in a really quiet neighborhood and simply allows you to relax, far from the noise of other vacationers. There was room for 6 and 2 full baths, so perfect for a family. The floors were smooth, with lots of rugs, and that made cleaning up any sand very easy. The kitchen had every utensil you'd need and a coffee pot! The front porch and back deck were great spots to sit around before dinner or early in the morning. Can't say enough good things about this place except that we will be choose to stay here on our next trip to Tyndall AFB or Mexico Beach."

  • Winter get away

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was beautiful, it had everything you would need to stay, we were there 5 weeks. Well equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. House is big, lots of room if you have kids. The only drawback is the two screened in decks, main floor one has no view, due to the trees that aren't cut down so you can't see out, no light comes in, also they need balcony bar stools so you could see out if the trees were trimmed. Second floor deck would be great if you again had balcony bar stools so you could see out. There are wood slats on the bottom half of each deck, no view without the right chairs. Other than that, the house is beautiful."
