  • Fall Break 2016

"My husband and I decided that in the rushed and chaotic world we're living in and raising our 4 boys( 14, 13, and 7 yr old twins) that we wanted to find a place that was low key. We decided on St George and with a lot of patience and looking we found Seaview! The house had great reviews and looked amazing! We loved that we had ocean views from each of the three balconies! The kids loved the pool and the outdoor space was great! The house was clean and had lots of amenities included that we would normally have to purchase(paper towels, dishwashing soap, dishwasher tablets, trash can liners, and more) The house is kid safe with a gate on the 2nd floor balcony so the twins couldn't access the pool without an adult. The beach was a short distance and the outside closet was full of beach accessories! We enjoyed a short drive across the bridge one day to Apalachicola where we parked and walked around and enjoyed some shopping. We also enjoyed St George Island State Park where we found tons of shells! My favorite place was the hammock! Highly recommend this house. You won't be disappointed. Thanks David and Suzy for providing us with a beautiful home and making another fall break with our boys successful!"

  • Very appreciative of One Particular Harbor

"Our family loved this One Particular Harbor. Some of our favorite points included: ~ON the beach, with a fabulous open view of the beach and ocean. ~Excellent COVERED porch, spanning the entire back side of the house. ~Oh-so-marvelous HOT and cold outdoor shower for our beach returns. ~DOG FRIENDLY beach and house! (Even a borrower tag to attach to our dog's collar while we were there. Wow) ~Plenty of seating around the kitchen island, table, and living room. ~Two full bathrooms. ~A kitchen well-stocked with amenities and food prep items. ~Owners Susan and Jim, who were always reachable. ~Covered parking under the house. ~Terrific artwork around the house - many of the paintings by one of the owners. ~Information available about local food, etc. One the island we especially love: ~St. George Island State Park - beautiful! ~Vast majority of beach homes respect sea turtle nesting with low/no night lights near the beach in season."

  • Super Stay at Casa Del Sol

"Our family of 8 stayed here for the week and found it to be simply perfect from the time spent on the large front deck watching the porpoises to fun in the pool to catching fish and shark on the beach. The unit is well designed with the two beachfront suites and a separate bath for each bedroom so plenty of space for even a larger group. We will definitely plan to return to Casa Del Sol again."

  • Saved our vacation with their beautiful Blue Moon Inn in the middle of Apalachicola

"My family and I were due to check into our beach house on St. George Island in an hour and that's when the phone rang; the island was being evacuated and we wouldn't be able to check in until Friday at the earliest. We needed a place to stay and quick and Susan was able to get us two nights at the Blue Moon to ride the storm out, much thanks to her and the crew who cleans and takes care of the place because it was super charming and only enhanced our vacation. We didn't get as many beach days but got to spend some quality time with family and enjoy Apalachicola from walking distance. Great old house with tons of character and Susan was really nice and helpful; without them our trip would have been a disaster. If you want to check out Apalachicola for some oysters or just a drink and some shopping, do yourself a favor and rent a night or two at the Blue Moon; it will be worth it."
