  • Family Friendly, Nice, Clean Condo

"We had a wonderful vacation in this condo. We are grandparents, daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren ages 6 and 9. Condo was nice, clean and comfortable. Had hours of fun fishing in the canal out back. Short walk to the pool across the street and short walk to the beach. Very nice pool and clubhouse at the beach. We have vacationed at Gulf Highlands for 20+ years. Tried other beaches and always come back to Gulf Highlands. For us this condo has everything we want - fishing in the back, several swimming pools, beach pool, gated security, grandchildren bring bikes, we bring our fur baby (a toy poodle), easy access to middle beach road and all for a good price. We have stayed at several different condos on the island side, but this one is our favorite. Really liked the updates in the bathrooms, new carpet, door locks and side by side ice in the door refrigerator. We will definitely be back to Mike's condo and recommend it to friends and family. He is very easy to work with and does a thorough job. Thanks for a wonderful vacation in your PCB home."

  • 4-Timers

"This is our forth time at Susanne's condo so that in itself should speak volumes. Susanne is very easy to work with and she got back with us very quickly to set our reservation for our 2016 beach vacation. As always the condo is very clean and updated with everything we would possibly need. This year we had another family that wanted to join us so Susanne hooked us up with her next door neighbor and that worked out beautifully. We all had a wonderful time at the beach, shopping, the big pool just steps from the condo back door, shopping, deep sea fishing and did I mention SHOPPING? :-)"

  • Great view of the lagoon and quiet location still close to beach

"We had a wonderful trip! This was perfect for our family old and young alike. The condo was fantastic! Only issue was that the clubhouse was under renovation so the pool overlooking the gulf was also closed. The property was close to the beach access and looked out at the lagoon. We were able to see turtles from the back patio! Owner had games, beach equip, sporting equip, and other household items for our use. Very inviting! We would absolutely stay here again! Beautiful location just off the beach so it was also quiet. Gulf Highlands is a large community that feels like a neighborhood rather than a hotel like the high rises on the beach."

  • Home away from home...

"Let me start with the fact that this is not my first time staying in a Gulf Highlands Condo and my family has always been very pleased. However this was my first time at one of Kayla's. Let me add that Fayla is from my home town, but our paths have never crossed, my first thoughts was this could be a disaster for many reasons. After talking to her about the accommodations my mind had eased and I felt very confident that she was a Top Notch owner. Lets start with her photos, now I have stayed in other places before that the photos looked great but after arrival found them to be very out of date and not a true representation of the property. This is NOT the case with her's. They are spot on and even as good as they look... the place turns out to be even better in person. As you can see it is not decorated in the normal "seaside theme" which for me is very appealing. Personally I don't need that to know I'm on vacation in Florida. This place has more of a "home" theme. Electronics/appliances are up to date, the kitchen is large and very user friendly if you like to prepare meals for your family while on vacation. I really only saw one thing that I would change.. if you are a coffee drinker and require more than 4 cups at any one time you may want to pack your 12 cup maker. But in the big picture that was a very, very minor thing. The living room/ dinning room/ setting area was very nice with clean comfy furnishings. Tile floors throughout the main floor which I really like when on vacation... accidental spills want cause any issues. The patio over looks a lagoon and upon my arrival it had what appeared to be a fairly new gas grill. The laundry room had very nice appliances as well with the usual condo iron / board. Downstairs also has a very nice modern 1/2 bathroom. Now lets go upstairs, WOW is all I can say when entering the master suite, she has did some remodeling and enlarged this room so that it easily accommodates a super comfy king bed with a lush comforter set and has a nice setting area and a very nice full bath w/shower. When exiting the master suite back onto the stairwell landing you find another full bath w/tub-shower combo. This bathroom is directly across from the second bedroom that is of average size but is again tastefully decorated with a super nice queen bed and comforter set. Both the master suite and second bedroom have large flatscreen tv's. You want find a nicer unit for your family for the $$$ Pools/grounds very nice!"
