"We just spent two weeks in this condo and had a great time. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean! The beds are very comfortable. The large balcony was wonderful. "Rented from December 23 to December 28. The only complaint I have is our stay was not long enough. We have done VRBO rentals at least a dozen times. We actually stayed at Gulf crest three years ago. Eileen Meyer was super easy to work with and offered a very fair price. From our previous experience that golf crest we knew what we would be getting from the condo complex. We also had an idea what we would be getting for accommodations. Gulf crest has great hot tub's and a very nice heated pool as well as a second pool that is not heated. I always read the reviews on a place. It is easy to get past some of the silly complaints you see, and read into it to see if there are real problems. All of the reviews on this unit are perfect. I am sure there are some slumlord units. I can tell you for a fact if Eileen is running it you are in for a treat. Everything was taken care of unlike some previous rentals we have had. This one even supplied dishwashing, laundry detergent and toilet paper. At others we have stayed in the past these were not furnished. The 19th floor view direct beachfront is incredible. The condo itself was perfect in every way. Great furniture on the balcony. We had many of our meals out there. The Gulf waters and sunsets are beautiful. Love this place and highly recommend renting from Eileen. Couple other things the covered parking garage is great. And the beds were so comfortable. These are not tiny sponge sized pillows. Pillows are perfect and I am a person that always has to travel with a pillow because I hate the ones that are supplied typically at hotels and rentals. That is one less item I could have brought. Pier park shopping is great. Margaritaville and 5 guys for us several times. Grocery store Publix makes a great subs. Saint Andrews Park is only a couple miles away. Well worth the visit. Already planning for our next trip to the Gulf. One other thing worth mentioning. There was always a sheriff's car parked in the parking lot. I believe either they have a sheriff that lives there or stays or is available for security. This was also a very nice piece of mind."

"This condo was perfect for us! We loved our stay at the gulf crest. The unit was very nice, spacious, and clean. It has assigned parking and the parking spot was right across from the elevator and couldn't have been more convenient. The pool area was very nice and clean. The balcony is huge! We just loved everything about it. The friendly staff made it even better. The front receptionist gave us a lot of helpful information about the area and the manager of housekeeping did us a huge favor and mailed back a stuffed animal that was special to our toddler. That meant a lot to us. Very nice people who show they care. I highly recommend this unit to anyone! I'm sure we'll be back!"
