  • Very nice clean condo with a great view

"This condo was very nicely appointed. It served our needs extremely well Only negative is that A/C was rather noisy, especially noticeable when you are trying to sleep. I understand with the mechanical limitations of the condo that this can't be changed. Still a great place to stay"

  • Cozy getaway with a great view

"We had this unit for a weekend getaway and it we perfect for what we needed. It is cozy, but I wouldn't say small, at least for a few days. I can't speak for longer visits. It had almost everything we needed. The bed was big but a little stiff, so if you are used to a softer bed this one might be uncomfortable. The seating was nice for lounging around between activities, but we never pulled out the futon to lay on it so I don't know how it would be for sleeping. The eating areas and kitchen were nice, with all the plates and etc. we needed. We didn't do any cooking, but there was a small stove and small oven. The bathroom was clean and adequate even if it was a little cramped with two people trying to get ready. The view is great even without a balcony, but there are also common areas on the outside hallways that offer great views as well. Maybe not as convenient as having your own balcony, especially for things like drying towels, but it was never a problem. The only things I would say negative about the unit itself were the lack of wifi, which was not listed as an amenity on the unit but at this point I think should be pretty widespread. And the second was the A/C unit. It blows and cools just fine, but in such a small space it is a little loud. I enjoyed the white noise, my wife being a light sleeper did not. So you mileage may vary. The complex is also very nice. It felt very secure and we noticed security patrolling at different times, and the parking lot was always attended. The hallways were very clean and we even witnessed more than one cleaning in one weekend. The pool area and pool itself were always clean, and we saw the pool guy checking the chemicals/pumps every morning. The common areas on our floor were very nice and kept clean. There is even a little shop in the complex between the pool area and the beach that offered food and drinks, at beach front prices of course. The location is perfect, there are things to do within walking distance, but also just short drive to most places as it isn't on the far end of PCB. There is some construction going on, but it isn't unsightly or a hindrance. The one negative thing to say about the complex and it's relation to our unit specifically is the lack of a second elevator location. We were one of the farthest units from the elevator. With carts it wasn't that big a deal for a young couple. However people with disabilities or problems walking may not appreciate the distance."
