  • Awesome Beach Getaway

"We enjoyed your beautiful beach home. Plenty of room. Great location only 1/2 block to beach. Pool was just right size for family. It was nice to have private pool. Stairs was great exercise too. Highly recommend."

  • Perfect for our family vacation!!

"Our family (4 adults and 2 children) had a great time while we stayed at the Moondrifter Condominiums. We went to the beach every morning till lunch then we went and enjoyed the activities about town. The condo was clean, well stocked with towels & kitchen accessories. The washer and dryer was a blessing as I am old school and I like to keep up with all the laundry and not be overwhelmed later on. We arrived a couple of days after Hurricane Hermine and we were happy to find no damage! The waves were a little rough the first day, but a hurricane did just go through a few days before. Lots of shells on the sand to collect, the sand was soft, white and clean. The waves did calm down and you could walk pretty far out. We saw sting rays on one of our early morning walks along the beach! We caught a sea horse and a turtle (both were released after a quick discussion with the grandkids. There are jellyfish, our 9 yr old grandson got stung pretty good, but after following a few home remedies (1. rub w/wet sand, 2. wipe downward with vinegar) he was back the next day jumping in the waves! We were there over Labor Day weekend and there is a Night club next door. The music was loud but with the sliding doors closed we couldn't hear anything. The family did take an 1.5 hr sunset dolphin cruise on the Capt. Anderson III which was long enough to keep the kids entertained and not bored. They got to feed the seagulls and we saw numerous dolphins! Our Capt. was very informative throughout our cruise. The boat was 2 stories - open air on top and air conditioned on the main floor. They had refreshments you could purchase. There are other dolphin cruises in fact one would stop in front of the condo and shoot off a cannon around 5:30ish. On the beach there are lounge chairs w/umbrellas you can rent for $30 per day but we brought our own chairs and umbrella. There a lot of shops, a couple of Wal Marts (food shopping!), and plenty of attractions around for afternoon/evening fun or a rainy day. Our family had loads of fun and will definitely keep this place in line for the future!!!!!!!"

  • Overdue vacation!

"Just returned from a week stay at the Summit. Was a little worried about it being so big but being on 4th floor was very convenient. We used the stairs most of the time. Bikini Bobs had great food and drinks. Two large pools so not too crowded. Within walking distance of golf and restaurants. Very good security. The room itself was very nice. Kitchen well stocked. Great view of ocean from balcony. . The only thing negative I can say is the dryer is for small loads (which is stated) but it seriously would only dry about 1 towel at a time. May not be a big deal to some. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it! Thanks Rick for a wonderful vacation."
