  • Clean and up to date for the most part

"We have stayed in this building before and didnt know it! Pool is smaller for so man floors but its nice with indoor/outdoor features. 3 elevators that are fast which is nice for so many people! This condo has one parking spot- we were told that we had to have a parking pass but it wasnt out, Julie the owner tried to help remedy this situation for us but we never got one, the building manager never brought it to us. Security was nice and always visible to us. The condo itself was clean, up to date on technology ( big tv's in every room) and the beds are super comfy! Little things need to be updated: the sliding glass door handle was broke, the iron was broke, it lists that there is a hairdryer and we couldnt find it, and I wish there were more linens. The balcony is great on this building!"

  • Anniversary getaway

"We loved our stay at the condo. I was surprised when we arrived and found new furniture in the condo. The pictures really don't do the condo justice. We enjoyed the 2 beach chairs that are in the condo. My only complaint is not with the condo but with the elevator situation. My husband and I spent many hours on the balcony enjoying the views. We would definitely recommend this condo to others and will be back to visit again. Also the owners are fantastic to work with and answered any questions I may have had."

  • Beautiful Remodeled Clean but nettlesome HVAC

"First the positives: Great building, fantastic view, nice remodeled unit, comfortable beds, nice televisions. I don't want to be too negative on this unit and I understand the owner's desire to save costs but the use of a Nest thermostat is completely annoying for short term renters. Thankfully for the week that we stayed the weather was perfect needing zero conditioning heat or cooling during our stay. However, a very loud dehumidifier (I was told) runs near the hallway and back bedroom. I have one of these similar whole house dehumidifiers in our basement and it is loud. The humidifier runs 24/7 esp. if you have the windows and or doors open enjoying the perfect beach weather. It ran even though the Nest said the humidity was 38%. Maybe I'm overly sensitive to this type of noise, but it was disappointing that I couldn't turn off the constant drone. After a day of examining the Nest and trying to shut down the running fan, the owner locked us out of they system. Additionally, we never received our "visit" from the rental company which I don't really care about but for complaining about the the loud noise. Bring some music, and put your kids or poor hard of hearing parents by the noisy bedroom. After not engaging the Nest for several days it shut down completely going black. All the windows and doors are monitored by magnetic contacts for the proper operation of the Nest, which the owner monitors. We go to the beach to enjoy the smells and sounds of the ocean and spend the extra to stay right on the beach. Despite this unit's amazing views, and nice amenities I would not rent this unit again."
