  • A great beach getaway close to everything!

"We came for fall break and the elevators to the 29th floor were never an issue. In fact, unit 2906 is conveniently located right off the elevator! The views from the balcony are spectacular. No need for para-sailing. Saw dolphins and sting rays every morning. Unit was decorated cute. Felt like we were on a cruise with the towel figurines on our beach themed beds. Equipped with all you'll need for a beach vacation. I love that you pay what it says. No hidden fees or cleaning/insurance upon check-in. $25 parking structure fee was it. Also, on our recent October stay, we never had an issue with parking. Definitely a place worth checking out. We sure will again."

  • Great condo

"Lisa and randy were great to work with, very quick to respond and very helpful. Condo was clean and in great condition. Loved that the couches were comfy leather instead of the typical wicker beach furniture. Perfect size for 1 couple or a couple with small children."

  • Lovely Place

"Our stay at this resort was heavenly. The view of the ocean was perfect from our 4th floor balcony. The condo was clean and cozy, free of any unwanted critters and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and hassle free. The furniture looked nice but I felt it was in need of updating as the beds weren't very comfortable nor was the living room furniture but hey!, we were on vacation and didn't sleep or sit around the living room much anyway. The property owner, Brian, was very helpful and accommodating. There was plenty to do in the area though our goal was relaxation more than lots of activities. We visited Shell Island which was awesome! St. Andrews State Park was beautiful and very family oriented. The beach was cool...lots of neat shells to be had. There are LOTS of shops to visit if you're into shopping and a magnitude of restaurants in the area. We found a fresh seafood shop and purchased seafood for two of our dinners there during the week which was cool...we don't get fresh seafood where we come from. :) Overall, our visit here was amazing, I would definitely stay at this resort again!"
