  • Incredible Condo!! Will definitely book again!

"Susie's condo is fantastic and she is wonderful to work with! I can't wait to come back!! The view is incredible. We drank coffee on the balcony every morning and watched the sting rays swim past. Susie has the condo decorated beautifully and has given a lot of thought to the decorations and amenities. There were lots of towels and extra sheets and blankets. A laundry basket and starter items such as laundry soap and dish soap. She had left recommendationd of her favorite restaurants and directions to grocery stores. All of this was very helpful. The two queen beds is great. Each of my 13 year boys had their own bed and with two bathrooms between their bedroom and ours...we never heard them at night. We had a small issue come up during our stay with the kid that ran the chair rental service. When I emailed Susie...she and the owner of the chair service company had it fixed within 30 minutes! The owner of the service came down to the beach and checked on us during the trip after that to make sure we were enjoying our trip. Susie, Tropic Winds, and the chair rental (aquatic adventures) had fantastic customer service. Susie responded to every question quickly and via email and phone calls. She is on it!! The covered assigned parking space was a great part of the condo. Very easy to just hop in the car and go shopping or have dinner. The view from the space itself was beautiful. We had family come down and join us and they had no problem finding parking in the Tropic Winds parking garage across the street. If you are not sure which condo to choose...choose Susie's!!!! It was so clean and beautiful I hated to leave!!!"

  • Wonderful condo...breathtaking balcony views!

"We had an amazing time at the Simmons condo. The view from the 20th floor balcony was nothing short of spectacular. We enjoyed watching dolphins play and spotted the occasional sting ray and manatee. The sunsets were magnificent! The condo is beautifully furnished and was very comfortable for our family of four. We will definitely be returning! Thank you Robyn for sharing your wonderful home with us!"

  • A Peaceful Paradise...

"I have always heard Panama City Beach referred to as the “Redneck Riviera” where college students come to party. This has made me reluctant to book a vacation in this area, but having waited until the last minute to book our getaway, I gave it a shot. I am so glad that I did. The beaches are beautiful, the water is Caribbean turquoise; and Pier Park offers a lot of fun options for the whole family. We stayed in Tropic Winds 2303 and which is very top floor of the building. I had mentally prepared myself for long waits for the elevators, but we never waited more than a minute or two. The view from the balcony alone was worth every penny we paid for this condo. It was just amazing and so incredibly relaxing. The condo was well arranged and it offered everything you could need for a week’s stay. The extra beach chairs, umbrella and water toys were great for the kids. I know this may sound weird, but I fell in love while on vacation…with the washer and dryer. The units were so nice that I told my husband that’s what I want for Christmas! If I could make a suggestion, the sofa bed really needs to be replaced. It is missing all but two springs at the foot of the bed and my girls said it was like sleeping on a rainbow because of the upside down U shape. We made it work because they are 11 and 16, but had they been adults, it probably would have been an issue. There were also several spots of blood on the mattress cover of the sofa bed and candy wrappers and candy in the floor under and behind the sofa. In all fairness, I didn’t notify Carol because it was just easier for me to clean it than to call someone. I think those things were just overlooked in the cleaning process, but the they could have been a bit more thorough. I would also point out that parking is a beast. We drive a minivan and a big crew-cab truck. The minivan took several tries to fit it in the assigned parking space and the truck was parked across the street in one of the few available spots. It was never moved the entire time we were there, but when we left it had several dings in both sides because of the tight parking. Even with all that said, we loved the place. It is quiet, family oriented and the views are outstanding. I would book from Carol again in a heartbeat. She was quick to respond and very professional. We really had a wonderful time. Thanks again, Carol, for sharing your home with us."

  • Excellent stay and outstanding location

"Overall, our experience was excellent. The beach never felt crowded and we were minutes from everywhere we needed to travel to for dinner or supplies or entertainment. I called the owner when I couldn't enter the password but it was my fault as my son was able to use the instructions without issue and owner wasn't needed but he answered which was nice to know he was available if needed. The room was very clean, well stocked with any dishware, beach towels, and chairs we needed and the emails sent prior to our stay were extremely helpful to let us know what we needed that wasn't supplied. I took additional garbage bags, dishwasher tablets(didn't need them), washing machine tablets (only 1 provided) and that was about it. You have to be careful when opening the back patio door and then opening door into the room as the pressure will slam the door extremely hard (warning was noted on the door and we kept the sliding door shut for the most part). The only issues we had were the main bedroom door didn't shut as the lock was stuck thus door was not able to be shut (no biggie) and the 2 beds in the other room was not comfortable and very loud when you tried to get settled in. I would recommend to replace them for future visits by others. We would absolutely return as this location is away from the busiest part of the area and you can walk to several restaurants if you want to avoid driving. The emails sent to prep your for the trip was excellent and really allowed us to prepare 100% for our visit so A+ for their process."
