"Absolutely loved our stay! The view Is fabulous and Tropic Winds has the best patio area for sitting, eating and relaxing. The location is wonderful, condo is beautiful and very clean! Best place we have stayed so far in PCB and we've been going for several years. Esther was wonderful, easy to work with and extremely helpful."

  • Simply beautiful!

"My family loved these condos--especially the availability of shared living areas and four bedrooms. Our visit was a family get together with ages ranging from 24 to late 50s. There are just too many good things to mention about these two condos: Kitchens are well stocked and all areas are beautifully decorated. We each had a private bedroom and a roomy bathroom--well stocked with towels and washcloths. I was hesitant about being on the 15th floor, but the elevators were fast and luggage carts helped with baggage or lots of groceries. Assigned parking spaces were a nice perk. The furniture is very nice and comfortable and the dining tables are roomy and sturdy. There are televisions with cable in the living areas and bedrooms. There are washers/dryers in each unit--and even some boogie boards and beach chairs, The covered balconies have large tables with 6 chairs and a couple of chaise lounges--we spotted dolphins more than once from the balconies. The sunrises and sunsets are nothing less than spectacular! The photos with this listing are exactly what you get. I really could not have imagined a nicer place to stay. The property manager, Esther, was truly a pleasure to work with and quickly tended to the minor things we asked for. She went over and above to suggest local restaurants and attractions and was always just a text away. Super attentive, but not intrusive--Thanks, Esther!! The beach chaise lounges and umbrellas were wonderful and welcome, and there was one particular young man, a beach attendant, who was a joy to deal with, fun, and full of suggestions for places to go or things to do. The beach itself was lovely with beautiful, clean white sand. The waters were clear, even after tropical storm Hermine moved through the area. The condos are within walking distance of a couple of restaurants and a nice gift shop. A grocery store is only about a 3/4 mile down the road. Being from the Pacific Northwest (originally from the Midwest where the others were from), I am highly appreciative of the courtesy the vast majority of Southerners extended to us. I was really taken by the kindness and common courtesies of the both the youth and adults--very refreshing!! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Esther, and thank you property owners for well-kept condos!"

  • Clean and up to date for the most part

"We have stayed in this building before and didnt know it! Pool is smaller for so man floors but its nice with indoor/outdoor features. 3 elevators that are fast which is nice for so many people! This condo has one parking spot- we were told that we had to have a parking pass but it wasnt out, Julie the owner tried to help remedy this situation for us but we never got one, the building manager never brought it to us. Security was nice and always visible to us. The condo itself was clean, up to date on technology ( big tv's in every room) and the beds are super comfy! Little things need to be updated: the sliding glass door handle was broke, the iron was broke, it lists that there is a hairdryer and we couldnt find it, and I wish there were more linens. The balcony is great on this building!"

  • Have stayed at this complex before. Great unit, only downside is the parking deck, is very tight

"Great unit, only downside is the parking deck, very tight. If you have a big SUV is very tight quarters."
