  • Lovely condo!

"My family and I really enjoyed his lovely condo. It was very clean and as described in the listing and the pictures. I think what I liked most is that the master bedroom faced the gulf and had its own sliding doors out to the balcony and the king size bed was so comfy! We've stayed in other one BR condos and the master was always in the back. The bunk room was especially nice for my 15 year old daughter and her friend. They liked the privacy that it provided and having their own attached bathroom. The bunk room has two drawers and a small closet so plenty of storage to unpack clothes and store suitcases. Plenty of towels and washcloths were provided. The kitchen had everything we needed. We didn't do a lot of cooking though, just breakfast and a light lunch. We rented beach chairs and just a word of advise, rent them the day prior to going to the beach. You will avoid standing in the long line at 7:00 am plus you can request the front row. Another word of advise, as others have mentioned, the elevators are slow so when you have a chance to get on one, get on whether it's going up or down. At times we waited 10-15 minutes, but once you get on its pretty quick getting to the floor you need. We spent several evenings at Pier Park shopping and strolling. It's always a hit with teenagers. Nearby restaurants that we enjoyed were The Back Porch and Boondocks. We had one rainy day so on a recommendation we drove to Fort Walton and ate at the Magnolia House. What a great find! We will definitely go there again. The food was great and it was such a neat place. Another evening we went to our favorite place, the Red Bar in Grayton Beach. The food is amazing, the music was outstanding and always a fun atmosphere. I highly recommend. We spent one whole day visiting the towns along 30-A. Seaside and Santa Rosa are my favorites. If you have a chance, go! You won't be disappointed. All in all we had a wonderful time. I would recommend this property and Connie was so easy to work with. She always responded quickly to any questions I had."

  • Perfect Week!

"We have traveled to PCB at least once a year for several years, this was our 2nd stay at Splash but 1st stay in this Condo/Unit. When we walked in my wife & I both said "cleanest condo we have stayed at", and we are not kidding. Everything was in place and the cleaning staff had done a fantastic job getting things in place for our arrival. Perfect condo for myself, my wife and two boys 8 & 4. Also was the nice touch of beach toys in the laundry closet. We have already many times referred this unit to our friends as well as looking in the future for our next trip to Splash. Comfy beds, and everything you need for a great stay. We even cooked in a couple of nights and found everything that we needed to prepare a meal just like we were home. Also can't say enough about the beach chair service, it was nice to know that each morning we didn't have to rush down to find a place on the beach but that our chairs would be there and ready when we were ready. Just want to say thanks to Luci for all she did to make our stay perfect. Prompt communication as well as return of our deposit on our arrival home, can't wait to work with her again. Also, please do yourself a favor and go 1 mile West Of Splash to Thomas Donuts, they serve breakfast, lunch & dinner and we found ourselves there often during the week! If I could give this unit 10 Stars we would!"

  • Clean and up to date for the most part

"We have stayed in this building before and didnt know it! Pool is smaller for so man floors but its nice with indoor/outdoor features. 3 elevators that are fast which is nice for so many people! This condo has one parking spot- we were told that we had to have a parking pass but it wasnt out, Julie the owner tried to help remedy this situation for us but we never got one, the building manager never brought it to us. Security was nice and always visible to us. The condo itself was clean, up to date on technology ( big tv's in every room) and the beds are super comfy! Little things need to be updated: the sliding glass door handle was broke, the iron was broke, it lists that there is a hairdryer and we couldnt find it, and I wish there were more linens. The balcony is great on this building!"
