"We had a great time. The owners were so easy to work with and very accommodating. The condo was beautifully decorated and everything we expected. We will definitely be back because of how easy the entire process was and how great this location is."

  • BEST place on the beach!

"First of all, Cindy and Lisa are extremely kind and go above and beyond to ensure that your needs are met so that you can truly enjoy your time here. The house is amazing for various reasons. The location is PERFECT. You are right on the beach, but you are in an area that isn't crowded and lets you feel like you have your own private beach. You are right near all of the exciting night life options, whether you want family friendly or fun for the younger crowd, it's all within walking distance. The layout of the house is perfect as all three bedrooms are arranged in a way that gives them all privacy. The bedroom with two twins and a queen bed is great for kids. The large dining table is perfect for easy access to the kitchen, seating a large family, and being able to enjoy the awesome view of the ocean. The deck is large and allows you to sit in the sun, or even in the shade at any time of day, all while enjoying the beach sights and sounds. The house actually felt much larger in person than it appeared in pictures. The décor of the house is beautiful, inviting, and relaxing. We plan to return to this house every year, hopefully more than once a year. I would recommend this house over any house/condo anywhere on the Florida Coast. You will not be disappointed!"

  • Mixed review

"Spent 1 week during the beginning of off season, September 10-17. The owners made this stay as enjoyable as possible, staff, however, is hardly available. Clubhouse opens late and closes early; pools however were an added plus. Security gates were removed after 2nd day for repairs so there really was no need for security code to enter property; was told that property bracelets were to be worn daily but nobody ever checked the whole week. Exercise room opened daily at 10 and closed at 3; there was never anyone at clubhouse service desk; WiFi as advertised in townhouse was not available the whole week. The next day called owner to ask about WiFi but owner never called back. Internet accessibility was only available at the clubhouse. Check in time was 3PM but due to miscommunication with cleaning staff, townhouse wasn't cleaned until 9 PM. Upon arrival townhouse was dirty, garbage full, dirty dishes and messy refrigerator was evident; looked as though someone had just left. Owner was called and notified and he called back and said cleaning staff would arrive shortly. Owner stated it would be clean in 1 1/2 hours but cleaning lady stated it would be at least 3 hours. It would have been nice to rest after driving from Atlanta for 6 hours but we had to wait until property was ready. We were not planning on spending the majority of time at the townhouse so the accommodations were as well as could be expected for a rental that has been used for over 10 years. Beds were comfortable, shower pressure was great and the owners had many extras like tennis rackets and other swimming pool accessories. The giant sized washer & dryer was much appreciated and the outdoor grill and patio with decorative lights and umbrella are outstanding; great for relaxing on the patio while grilling and enjoying a glass of chilled wine after a trip to Shell Island, a dolphin boat ride and shopping trip to the designers outlet mall in Destin. Great deals on Adidas, Nike and other retailers. There is plenty to do in the area and if you want a great breakfast, try Jeannie"s One Stop Diner, right on Front Bech Road, great atmosphere and great food. Dinner on the Gulf at Runaway Island Restaurant, also on Front Beach Road has a great view of the sunset over the gulf. There are also plenty of novelty stores that have a variety of shells, starfish and trinkets all for $1. Great time in PCB....."

  • Very nice condo

"We were very impressed with this condo, It's hard to find places with three king beds Large balcony offers plenty of room for everyone with plenty of seating Kitchen has most items necessary for our needs, we were able to make do with what was available. Great location to pier park, groceries, and great restaurants. Parking was amazing with the assigned spots, we were happy not to have to circle parking garages to look for an empty spot. The only complaints to this condo is the swimming pool, it's small for the number of occupants We are mostly beach people, so it wasn't a big deal to us, but when my son who is 3 wanted to just swim around the pool was very crowded. The other complaint was this building only has three elevators for everyone to use. Definitely not enough for the busy coming and going days, and one of the elevators was out of order for a few days. Long wait times or we took the steps 7 flights a few times until all three were working. Overall we were satisfied and would consider this condo again."
