  • Beautiful well equipped condo☺

"Our vacation was perfect. We could not of asked for a nicer place to stay. The condo itself was gorgeous, my granddaughters and I loved it. It was nicely updated and it was cozy and very comfortable with plenty of room to move around. The balcony was perfect , as hot as the temperatures were when we were there (90s) there was still a very refreshing breeve from the ocean and the view of the sunsets was amazing, not to mention the two pools and being able to walk right out the building onto the beautiful beach.. The Tidewater resort itself was perfect too, from all the amenities it offers, to the great food (delicious and really affordable) . It also gave me peace of mind seeing the security this condo had. There were also many restaurants within walking distance of the condo and Pier Park which was an added bonus, full of shops, theatres, restaurants, kids park to name a few things. I would rate this condo 10 out of 10 and will definitely book here again."

  • Awesome room!!!

"Room was wonderful and Owner was easy to communicate with. Our only issue was entertaining our teenagers. Property was great for the little ones however!"

  • Nice resort but unit lacking.

"The condo itself is overall nice; there are always pros and cons everywhere. First the cons... The "4th bedroom" is more of a nook with bunk beds, no dresser and no door. It's right next to the main bathroom so anyone in there is disturbed while sleeping/no privacy. Ice maker in the unit didn't work and ice machine downstairs was out of order. Unit was not as clean as I would expect, hair was left in the shower and floors still sandy. There is a large nasty storm drain that empties into the ocean directly in front of the eas building; it's really gross as there is a steady stream of brown water. From looking up high it feels like those people are playing in a drainage canal, yuk! This unit is right next to the trash chute which is REALLY GROSS when coming or going. It smells AWFUL. If the door is opened while waiting on everyone the smells comes inside down the hallway. Pros - the pools are fantastic, two of them in constant shade which is nice for the kids. Water park area was s cool! The staff is very helpful and kind. There was lots of room to spread out and relax in our unit. Everything we needed to cook was there; they also had a pack n play and baby bath in the maste closet. If we ever come back we would definitely stay at this resort again as it was so much fun for the kids, clean, ect but we would be trying another room!"
