  • My home away

"My winter stay was fabulous..weather wise and other wise! Glynda, the owner, takes a personal interest in making sure her guests are comfortable and have what they need. I felt very much at home, enjoying the extra space and the breath taking views of the Gulf that were in my backyard! Seeing the glistening water from the open kitchen, living room and master bedroom was very energizing. The amenities were suburb..everything needed for a long stay, including the kitchen supplies, bathroom and beach. You do not need to bring a thing! Glynda thought of everything...hair dryers, makeup remover wipes, laundry soap, dryer sheets, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys for the kids and numerous beach towels. She didn't miss a thing! The grocery store and gas station are across the street with plenty of great shopping and restaurants within walking distance. If you want to enjoy the beach, it is just steps away, or you can enjoy the Gulf, listening to the water and reading a book off the back deck. And, if you are looking for a comfortable place that is spotless and views to relish, this is the place!"

  • Peaceful property with nice amenities

"Our unit was comfortable and clean, although it could stand a bit of updating. It was close to the beach and to the pools so it was very convenient. There were three adults, a toddler and a small dog in our group and our unit easily accommodated us all. Located at the west end of Panama City Beach it was quieter but it was still easy to get further down the strip where more of the restaurants and "touristy" activities were located. It was a five minute walk to the pristine beach and since our entrance was located in between two high rise hotels, "our" section of the beach was relatively uncrowded. We would definitely go back!"

  • Fantastic location and very easy to access

"Just got back from 4 nights at Tidewater. Everything about the reservation process, from booking and payment to checking in an out were very easy. The owner e-mailed a very detailed document that told us almost everything we needed to know before arrival and she responded quickly to the few questions that we still had. There is lots to do in the area. Huge amount of dining options, aquariums, zoos, boat tours, go karts, mini golf, etc. The parking garage was very easy to get in and out of each day. We visited just before peak season began, so I can't speak to the experience with elevators and chairs that likely occur during peak, but there were no problems now. The room was plenty of space for the four of us. The only minor detail I would note is that if you are a big person like me or someone who otherwise requires a firm mattress, you may not sleep well on the master bed. It was fine for my wife and likely fine for 90+% of people who stay there, but I had a rough few nights."
