"The condo is very clean and well stocked. The beds are comfy, the unit is quiet (no neighbor noise from above or beside us). The first floor location is great because the resort is over 20 floors and people are always waiting for a long time on the elevators. One downside is the condo is right next to the elevator so all of the people who are waiting are right outside your door. Also, each unit has a doorbell, which people waiting on the elevator would randomly press for fun (not fun when traveling with dogs who bark when the doorbell rings). Another positive that can also be a negative is the parking space location. It is very close to the condo, which is great, but it is also very close to the main entrance so people who are arriving and unloading their vehicles were constantly parking in our spot even though their are designated unloading spots and our spot is marked as reserved. That was very annoying! We were told by the parking attendant that we could put an orange cone in the spot but we'd have to supply it, which we didn't have!
The pool is beautiful, the Gulf of Mexico is so clear and the sand is buttery soft. Also, the gulf is shallow for quite a distance so it would be great for kids. Being able to bring our two small dogs was awesome."
