  • Great Room! Family friendly resort - Elevators are the worst though

    "Just stayed here 2 weeks ago... Let me start off by saying that after an 18 hr drive, it was all worth it! The room was clean, spacious and had all the amenities. Kids had their own room and bathroom. the view from the 17th floor is amazing. My 3 yr old would hide everytime the "Sea Screamer" pirate boat would pull up and release the cannon LOL. The pool is amazing! the only downfall is that you'll be lucky to get chairs if you're not down there by 8a. The beach is great but you're constantly dealing with all this seaweed that sits right in front of the resort. I jetski'ed with my 11 yr old and he loved it. So the only reason I didn't rate this Five Stars was because of the elevators and layout of the parking garage. Be prepared to wait sometime for the elevator and once you're on, you can easily sweat off a few pounds depending on how long your ride is... literally there is no AC or even fans to try and keep it cool. Regarding parking, although you have your own reserved spot, beware of oncoming traffic. At times you will wait in line to exit. Poorly designed as both incoming / outgoing traffic are using the same ramps.. nowadays everyone is driving SUVs and it gets tight. Lastly - it's awesome that everything is convenient. Super Walmart is walking distance and Pineapple Willy's is next door! I would do it again!"

  • Nice view and location

    "The view and location were fantastic. When we got there, the building was being painted and the garage was closed for parking immediately under the building. It was a bit frustrating at the beginning, and we let the owner know. The pool that went under the building was also closed due to the fact that they were painting. We were not told that in advance. The unit was quite dirty, but we also let the owner know this and said he took care of it once we left. It needs a little bit of updating but overall we had a nice time."

  • A piece of heaven

    "The place was very clean. We felt at home. Barb was very helpful with anything we needed. Only one downside, we had 9 people and there were only 5-6 towels. Since we had the washer and dryer we were able to reuse but it made frustrating when we all were getting ready at the same time. Next time we stay we will bring a few extra towels. The overall experience was great!"

  • Beautiful

    "The condo was great, my only concern is completely out of the owners hands... The resort charges $30 per day to access the pool/beach/gym etc. For almost 200 dollars in savings that week, we walked all the way around the resort to access the beach, which was very frustrating. Overall a pleasant experience, but the resort needs to rethink this policy/pricing... Anyone who works hard for their money will not pay 200 per week to walk on the beach, otherwise they would stay at a cheap motel."
